Abstract

一种使用方便能够减少浪费，由聚乙烯材料制成的快干胶喷壶，主要由喷壶，喷壶盖，压柄，压液管，出液管和手柄构成，该喷壶有一筒状上部开口的喷壶瓶，喷壶瓶上部由喷壶盖盖住，喷壶盖的一侧设有手柄，喷壶盖上部有一个压柄，压柄由上到下设有大活塞和小活塞，大活塞下部穿过弹簧以及喷壶盖使小活塞进入筒状的压液管中，同时在喷壶瓶中还有一根细长的出液管连接到喷壶盖中，穿过喷壶盖与喷壶盖前端的喷嘴连接，喷嘴外有一个喷嘴盖。使用时使用时转动喷嘴盖将圆孔对准喷嘴，按下压柄，在压力作用下，胶水由喷嘴均匀喷出，减少浪费，使用结束后松开压柄，压 力作用下带动喷嘴内剩余胶水回到瓶内， 转动喷嘴盖将圆孔转至一边盖住喷嘴即可 。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种快干胶喷壶，尤其是使用方便减少浪费，由聚乙烯材料制成的快干胶喷壶。
背景技术
目前所用的胶水瓶主要是小瓶装，不能大面积使用，在使用时，不能均匀涂抹在构件上，且管口部分常常会有多余胶水溢出造成浪费，再次使用时，剩余胶水常常粘住瓶口使用不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有的胶水瓶使用不方便以及在使用过程中造成的浪费，本实用新型提供一种快干胶喷壶，该喷壶采用聚乙烯材料制成，构造简单，使用方便，容量大并且能够减少使用过程中的浪费。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该喷壶包括喷壶瓶，喷壶盖，压柄，压液管，出液管，喷嘴和喷嘴盖。该喷壶除弹簧外其余部分均采用聚乙烯材料，喷壶瓶上部由喷壶盖盖住，使瓶内密封，喷壶盖的一侧设有手柄，方便提拿，喷壶盖上端有一个压柄，使用时仅需按下压柄，压柄由上到下设有大活塞和小活塞，大活塞下部穿过弹簧以及喷壶盖，压柄下端接有小活塞穿过管状压液管中，置于喷壶瓶中上方，同时在喷壶瓶中还有一根细长的出液管连接到喷壶盖中，穿过喷壶盖与喷壶盖前端的喷嘴连接，喷嘴外设有喷嘴盖，使用时转动喷嘴盖，将圆孔对准喷嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该喷壶构造简单，使用方便，可大面积使用且能减少使用过程中的浪费。

具体实施方式
图1中，该喷壶包括喷壶瓶1，喷壶盖5，压柄6，压液管11，出液管2，喷嘴4和喷嘴盖3。该喷壶有一筒状上部开口的喷壶瓶1，喷壶瓶1上部由喷壶盖5盖住，使瓶内密封，喷壶盖5的一侧设有手柄9，喷壶盖5上端有一个压柄6，压柄6由上到下设有大活塞7和小活塞10，大活塞7下部穿过弹簧8以及喷壶盖5，压柄6下端接有小活塞10套穿过管状压液管11中，置于喷壶瓶1内上方，同时在喷壶瓶1中还有一根细长的出液管2连接到喷壶盖5中，穿过喷壶盖5与喷壶盖5前端的喷嘴4连接，喷嘴4外有一个喷嘴盖3，盖上连有一根转轴固定在喷壶盖5上，喷嘴盖3有一个圆孔，使用时转动喷嘴盖5将圆孔对准喷嘴4。
使用时转动喷嘴盖3，按下压柄6，使小活塞10在压液管11中向下移动，压缩密封瓶中空气，在压力作用下，出液管2中的胶水向上移动，由喷嘴4均匀喷出胶水，转动喷嘴盖3将圆孔转至一边盖住喷嘴4即可封闭。

1.快干胶喷壶，包括喷壶瓶（1），喷壶盖（5），压柄（6），压液管（11），出液管（2），喷嘴（4）和喷嘴盖（3），其特征是：该喷壶有一筒状上部开口的喷壶瓶（1），喷壶瓶（1）上部由喷壶盖（5）盖住，喷壶盖（5）的一侧设有手柄（9），喷壶盖（5）上部有一个压柄（6），压柄（6）由上到下设有大活塞（7）和小活塞（10），大活塞（7）下部穿过弹簧(8)以及喷壶盖(5)使小活塞（10）进入筒状的压液管（11）中，同时在喷壶瓶(1)中还有一根细长的出液管(2)连接到喷壶盖(5)中，穿过喷壶盖（5）与喷壶盖（5）前端的喷嘴（4）连接，喷嘴(4)外有一个喷嘴盖(3)。
