Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，包括三个相邻设置的导流罩，相邻导流罩之间呈108°的夹角，每面导流罩背侧中心位置都设有导流管，所有导流管均设置在相同的水平高度上，且末端与主引风管连通，主引风管通过引风机连接车间除尘系统，导流罩内侧设有连续的过滤网。本实用新型所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置采用三面环绕式负压除尘方式，作业时不需要遮挡投料口，不影响操作人员的投料操作，且整个装置结构简单，使用及维护方便，引风机吸入的粉尘经管道送入到车间除尘系统进行净化处理，不会对外界环境造成影响，是一种高效、清洁的生产加工辅助设备。

本实用新型属于机械领域，具体涉及一种环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，用于解决粉剂物料在投料时粉尘漂浮物危害人体健康。
背景技术
螺旋输送机是一种在工业生产中被广泛应用的物料输送设备，在进行农药粉体加工时经常需要向螺旋输送机的料仓内投料。在往螺旋输送机的投料口投入粉体物料时常常会扬起粉尘，从而危害人体健康，特别是一些有毒有害粉尘被人体呼吸系统吸入后可能会对人体产生严重危害。
一些生产单位在螺旋输送机上方安装吸尘罩连接车间除尘系统，虽然能够吸走一部分粉尘，但由于螺旋输送机的投料口与车间除尘系统的吸尘罩距离较远，除尘效果并不理想。

实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足，提供一种能够及时吸走粉尘，保障操作人员身心健康的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，其目的是这样实现的，一种环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，包括导流罩，所述导流罩的开口呈一定的张角，导流罩的中心设有导流管，导流管连接引风机。
所述导流罩的数量为三个，三个导流罩相邻分布设置在投料仓上口边缘。
所述导流管均设置在相同的水平高度上。
所述以上所有导流管的末端均连接到一起，与引风机连接。
作为优化，所述相邻导流罩的连接面间的夹角为108°。
作为优化，所述导流罩内侧设有连续的过滤网。
有益效果：本实用新型所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置采用三面环绕式负压除尘方式，作业时不需要遮挡投料口，不影响操作人员的投料操作；且这个装置结构简单，使用及维护方便，可连续投料，大大提高了生产效率；引风机吸入的粉尘经管道送入到车间除尘系统进行净化处理，不会对外界环境造成影响，是一种高效、清洁的生产加工辅助设备。

参见图1所示，一种环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，包括三个相邻设置的导流罩1，呈36°张角分布，相邻导流罩的连接面间的夹角为108°，导流罩1的中心设有导流管2，所有导流管2均设置在相同的水平高度上，且末端连接到一起，均连接引风机3，所述导流罩1内侧设有连续的过滤网4。
如图2所示给出了本实施例的原理示意图，两边导流罩上的导流管2-1相对且开口略朝向外侧，并在中间导流罩的导流管2-2的作用下，可以将导流罩外的粉尘几乎全部吸入，三个导流管均接入引风机3，通过引风机3将吸入的粉尘排入到车间除尘系统5。
如图3所示为本实用新型所述环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置与螺旋输送机连接状态结构示意图，除尘装置位于螺旋输送机6的投料仓7上方，吸尘罩呈三面环绕式分布于投料口周围，正面开口处可供投料操作，导流罩的下边缘均与投料仓7的上口边缘通过不锈钢法兰连接，方便拆卸。

4.根据权利要求2或3所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，其特征在于，所述以上所有导流管的末端均连接到一起，与引风机连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，其特征在于，所述相邻导流罩的连接面间的夹角为108°。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的环绕式侧引风投料除尘装置，其特征在于，所述导流罩内侧设有连续的过滤网。
