电机作为一种通用的机电产品，它的生产量非常大。而电机的励磁机转子铁心通常是通过安装在励磁机转子支架上，靠压圈、夹圈压紧，焊牢固后。再套入轴里。不仅工作量大，成本也高。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无需支架的励磁机转子冲片，无需支架，提高工作效力，成本低。 
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括励磁机转子冲片，其特征是励磁机转子冲片为整体冲片结构, 外围42槽均布，冲片开有一组6个φ9定位孔，用来穿螺栓拉紧铁心，励磁机转子冲片开有12个φ30通风孔，起通风散热作用。开有2个φ30孔用作引线穿线用。开有4个φ9孔用来安装旋转整流模块。铁心用螺栓把紧后可直接套入转轴中，靠挡圈固定住。

    如图1所示，励磁机转子冲片1为整体结构，42槽均布，外围是下线槽，励磁机转子冲片1开有一组6个φ9定位孔，用来穿螺栓拉紧铁心。励磁机转子冲片1开有12个φ30通风孔，起通风散热作用。开有2个φ30孔用作引线穿线用。开有4个φ9孔用来安装旋转整流模块。铁心用螺栓把紧后可直接套入转轴中，靠挡圈固定住。
