本实用新型属于水压试验机用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种水压试验机的夹模。
背景技术
水压试验机就是通过水泵向钢管内注水，使钢管内水压达到试验压力，检验容器是否漏水。而目前的钢管企业中用来检测用的水压试验机的结构一般包括一块定位板，然后在定位板上设有螺纹杆，螺纹杆的一端连有密封件。在使用的时候把整块定位板固定在一个水槽内，通过水槽两侧的夹板固定住定位板，然后旋动螺纹杆进行对管子的密封。此类的是比较简易的水压试验机，可以根据管子的长短来调节定位板的位置。其缺陷是：一是，管子需要密封一端在密封的时候不稳，容易使得密封效果不好，从而导致实验失败；二是，在需要调节定位板的时候要搬动定位板，而定位板都是比较重的，所以调节时很不方便，造成使用不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种水压试验机的夹模，其技术方案如下：
一种水压试验机的夹模，所述的水压试验机的夹模包括上夹模和下夹模，所述的上夹模上开设有上凹槽，所述的下夹模上开设有下凹槽，所述的上凹槽和下凹槽在上夹模和下夹模闭合时组合成圆形孔。
优选方式为，所述的上凹槽和下凹槽内设有防护圈。
本实用新型提供的水压试验机的夹模，在使用的时候，先在下夹模的凹槽中放置需要测试的管子，然后使得上夹模与下夹模夹紧闭合。此时的上凹槽和下凹槽是刚好组合成一个圆形孔，而管子是穿过这个圆形孔。管子的外壁和圆形孔的内壁是紧贴在一起的，可以起到固定管子，使得管子稳定的作用。
本实用新型所述的上凹槽和下凹槽内设有防护圈。而防护圈一般都是塑性材质的，可以防止管子的外表面由于受力而磨损。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，能够很好的稳定管子，同时能够更好的保护管子不受磨损。

一种水压试验机的夹模，所述的水压试验机的夹模包括上夹模1和下夹模2，所述的上夹模1上开设有上凹槽3，所述的下夹模2上开设有下凹槽4，所述的上凹槽3和下凹槽4在上夹模1和下夹模2闭合时组合成圆形孔。
优选方式为，所述的上凹槽3和下凹槽4内设有防护圈5。
本实用新型提供的水压试验机的夹模，在使用的时候，先在下夹模的凹槽中放置需要测试的管子，然后使得上夹模与下夹模夹紧闭合。此时的上凹槽和下凹槽是刚好组合成一个圆形孔，而管子是穿过这个圆形孔。管子的外壁和圆形孔的内壁是紧贴在一起的，可以起到固定管子，使得管子稳定的作用。

1.一种水压试验机的夹模，其特征在于，所述的水压试验机的夹模包括上夹模和下夹模，所述的上夹模上开设有上凹槽，所述的下夹模上开设有下凹槽，所述的上凹槽和下凹槽在上夹模和下夹模闭合时组合成圆形孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的水压试验机的夹模，其特征在于，所述的上凹槽和下凹槽内设有防护圈。
