背景技术
现有的电极一般有两种材料，电极头由于焊接需要有时会采用石墨，电极头底座采用一般的铜，使用时，需要将电极头固定于电极头底座上，由于两者材料不同，焊接困难，通常会采用烧结固定。但是，由于电极头在焊接后容易损坏，故需要更换整个焊接电极，造成成本增加。

本实用新型的目的解决上述技术问题，提出一种易更换焊接电极。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
易更换焊接电极，包括电极头及用于固定电极头的底座，所述电极头与底座通过螺栓固定，所述底座上开设有用于放置电极头的盲孔，所述螺栓通过底座的侧面将电极头底部与底座连接。
优选地，所述电极头为T形，所述电极头固定于底座的顶部，所述电极头底部固定于底座的盲孔内。

本实用新型揭示了一种易更换焊接电极，结合图1所示，包括电极头1及用于固定电极头1的底座2，所述电极头1与底座2通过螺栓3固定。具体的，所述底座2上开设有用于放置电极头1的盲孔，所述螺栓3通过底座2的侧面将电极头底部11与底座2连接。所述电极头为T形，所述电极头1固定于底座2的顶部，具体的是指，电极头1的头部设置在底座2的上方。所述电极头底部11固定于底座2的盲孔内。
需要更换时，只需将螺栓3拧开后进行电极头1的更换，可以根据需要对电极头进行随意的更换，方便快捷。同时也不会造成底座2的浪费，降低了成本。
