[0001] 本实用新型属于电池生产是电池化成过程中的电池监控,也包括应用于汽车电池,电动汽车上的车载终端以及各种蓄电池需要监控的应用场合,具体涉及一种无线蓄电池监控终端。
背景技术
[0002]目前蓄电池由于绿色环保广泛应用于日常生活以及国民生产中。然而蓄电池在应用及生产过程(化成)中常常需要对其电压温度进行监控,达到安全使用、优化控制、提高性能等目的。
[0003] 国内多家机构开始研究新的方法对蓄电池进行自动化监控。在蓄电池监控中,主要针对蓄电池单体电压,电池组电压、电流以及温度的检测。目前,人们在串联电池组中单体电池电压的测量问题上进行了大量的研究。主要有三种方法:第一,用继电器不断切换电池组中的每只电池,使每一个时刻都有一个电池被检测,这一方法有很严重的缺点,切换速度慢,并且不能计算出准确的电压值,并且容易引入干扰,已经被淘汰了 ;第二,采用模拟开关的方式进行单体电池电压通道的选通,这一方法也存在一定的缺点,线路复杂,在小信号范围内线性度差,精度低;第三,采用光电隔离器件和大电容进行采样保持,然而这种电路也存在采样时间长,精度低等缺点。
发明内容
[0004] 为克服现有的技术特点,本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种无线蓄电池监控终端,该终端可以对目前常见的各种蓄电池应用场合包括电动汽车蓄电池监控,基站备用蓄电池监控以及蓄电池生成过程(化成充放电过程)进行监控,可以快速精确采集蓄电池电压温度参数。并实时通过无线方式发送给用户。
[0005] 一种无线蓄电池监控终端,包括微控制器、蓄电池供电模块、蓄电池防反接模块、数据采集模块、无线通信模块;
[0006] 所述蓄电池供电模块为微控制器提供电压,蓄电池防反接模块、数据采集模块、无线通信模块分别与微控制器连接。
[0007] 所述微控制器为单片机,其中单片机与外围电路配合构成微控制器,外围电路为,JTAG调试电路、主频晶振、拨码开关电路,使得单片机正常工作。
[0008] 所述蓄电池供电模块包括升压电路、降压电路。蓄电池供电模块通过升降压电路为微控制器提供电源。
[0009] 所述数据采集模块包括电压采集模块、温度采集模块,电压采集模块、温度采集模块分别与微控制器连接。温度采集模块采用温度传感器驱动电路,电压采集模块将采集到的信号整理传给单片机处理。
[0010] 电压采集模块前端采用电阻分压电路,然后经过7800线性功率放大器做隔离放大作用,然后再经过TL082中一块功放模块做差分放大,再接入射随电路减小输入阻抗。[0011] 所述无线通信模块为无线射频模块,无线通信模块通过SPI总线与微控制器通信。无线射频模块与单片机相连接,单片机控制无线射频模块的收发来与外界通信。
[0012] 蓄电池防反接当该终端反接于电池两端是可以蜂鸣报警的。
[0013] 工作机理是:将本实用新型的监控终端并联在蓄电池两端,依据蓄电池电压通过监控终端上的单刀设置开关来选用升压电路或降压电路,当蓄电池电压大于5V时选用降压电路,否则选用升压电路。蓄电池为监控终端供电,监控终端采集蓄电池的电压与温度。然后通过拨码开关设置电池ID号。

[0015] I)采用了无线方式作为通信方式,利用无线射频通信的便捷抗干扰,提高电池信息采集精度。免除布置通信线缆的麻烦,特别当多块蓄电池串联工作时。

[0017] 3)设计了高精度AD采集电路,里面采用线性光耦隔离放大器,能够隔离电池在充放电运行中的各种干扰。
[0018] 4)设计了电池防反接电路,当电池电源反接是会驱动蜂鸣器报警。

[0024] 图1为本实用新型的结构示意图,本实用新型终端包括微控制器1、蓄电池供电模块2、蓄电池防反接模块3、数据采集模块4、无线通信模块5 ;蓄电池供电模块2为微控制器I提供电压,蓄电池防反接模块3、数据采集模块4、无线通信模块5分别与微控制器I连接。蓄电池供电模块2包括升压电路、降压电路;数据采集模块4包括电压采集模块、温度采集模块。
[0025] 微控制器I包括单片机、JTAG调试电路、主频晶振、拨码开关电路,JTAG调试电路、主频晶振、拨码开关电路分别与单片机连接。在本实施例中,单片机采用TI公司的16位低功耗微处理器MSP430F135,该单片机处理能力强,功耗低、丰富的外围接口,适用于本监控终端,本实用新型的主频晶振采用8MHz,作为终端的主频,本终端的复位电路采用RC复位,P4 口与8端拨码开关电路相连,用来设置节点的ID号。
[0026] 在本实施例中,数据采集模块包括电压采集模块、温度采集模块,温度采集模块选用DS18B02,单总线,方便,精度高。电压采集模块前端采用电阻分压电路,然后经过7800线性功率放大器做隔离放大作用,然后再经过TL082中一块功放模块做差分放大,再接入射随电路减小输入阻抗,实验证明本电路采集精度高,稳定。
[0027] 现有的蓄电池常见的额定电压有2V,6V,12V这3种,本监控终端的输入电压需要5V的输入电压,所以采用升压电路和降压电路来获得5V电压。升压电路主要选用PTllOl芯片,降压电路主要选用PT1301芯片,PTllOl芯片、PT1301芯片为两款国产的小功率ECDC芯片。如果输入的电压大于5V则采用降压电路,否则采用升压电路。
[0028] 监控终端并联在电池的两端,因为电池有正负极,所以为了放置电池反接,在本实用新型中加入了蓄电池防反接模块3,当蓄电池反接时,会驱动蓄电池防反接模块3中的蜂鸣器报警,如图2所示,BAT+、BAT-连接蓄电池的正、负极,IRF540N是一个场效应管,如果电源正负极接反,则栅、源间等同于加负电压,场效应管不能导通,如果电源正确接通,则栅、源间加正电压,场效应管导通,保证系统可以正常工作。
[0029] 无线通信模块5采用的是无线射频技术来实现无线通信,本监控终端通信采用无线通信,当采集到的电池电压温度信息后通过无线射频将信息发送出去,这样可以避免干扰,而且减少线缆布线麻烦。本监控终端的无线射频模块采用nRF905芯片,芯片工作于433MHz,发射功率为30dBm,传输距离空旷为200m,而室内达到100m,这个距离完全满足现有的需求。
[0030] 单片机的工作过程,单片机通过前后台程序来实现电压温度采集,后台程序首先进行各个设备的初始化,每隔50ms调用ADC采用驱动程序来转换电压采集电路传送过来的电池电压值,温度是通过单总线的DS18B02温度传感器,由于温度变化缓慢,设置ADC转换完成20次,即时Is调用一次温度处理子程序,将处理好温度保存于缓冲区。前台程序,当外部与nRF905芯片进行通信时,单片机进入中断,用户调用nRF905芯片的接收子程序接收用户发送过来的指令,然后依据这些指令调用缓冲区的电压温度信息,继而将HRF905芯片配置为发送模式,调用发送子程序,将数据发送出去。

3.根据权利要求1所述的无线蓄电池监控终端,其特征在于所述数据采集模块(4)包括电压采集模块、温度采集模块,电压采集模块、温度采集模块分别与微控制器(I)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无线蓄电池监控终端,其特征在于所述无线通信模块(6)为无线射频模块,无线通信模块(6)通过总线与微控制器(I)通信。
