一种模具唧嘴及水口料脱模结构，包括固定在上模板上的唧嘴和固定在脱料板上的脱料块，所述脱料块在合模状态时包覆在唧嘴末端，所述唧嘴末端呈锥形。本实用新型通过改良模具唧嘴和脱料块的配合结构，唧嘴与水口料托料盘接触面积减小，避免了因产品粘结唧嘴导致脱模过程流道水口料的变形，缩短了成型周期，保证了产品质量。

本实用新型涉及一种模具唧嘴及水口料脱模结构。 
背景技术
材质较软的模具注塑产品冷却定型慢，如手机按键类的材料。脱模时候，冷却时间过短，水口料会粘附在唧嘴上，强制脱模会造成流道水口料变形，不能用机械手将水口料取出，生产过程不能自动化；通过增加冷却时间使产品冷却定型后再进行脱模，造成成型周期慢，机台使用效率低，导致生产成本高，降低了公司效益。 
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足及存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、容易制作、缩短产品成型周期、降低生产成本的模具唧嘴及水口料脱模结构。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的： 
一种模具唧嘴及水口料脱模结构，包括固定在上模板上的唧嘴和固定在脱料板上的脱料块，所述脱料块在合模状态时包覆在唧嘴末端，所述唧嘴末端呈锥形。
本实用新型与现有技术比较，有以下有益效果：设计成锥形的唧嘴末端与水口料托料盘接触面积小，在脱模过程中粘附水口料的粘附力就变小了，同时，与唧嘴末端形状配合的脱料块接触托料盘的面积就增大了，脱模过程受力面积增大，脱模就更为容易，相对于传统工艺中为了避免水口料变形而通过增加冷却成型时间对其进行脱模，大大缩短了成型周期，增加了经济效益。

如附图1所示，一种模具唧嘴及水口料脱模结构，包括固定在上模板3上的唧嘴1和固定在脱料板4上的脱料块2，所述脱料块2在合模状态时包覆在唧嘴1末端，所述唧嘴1末端呈锥形。 
如图2所示，本实用新型在工作时，熔融状态的原料流经唧嘴1主流道后进行分流，进入分流道5，主流道与分流道交汇处成型的水口料为托料盘6，托料盘6的直径大于唧嘴1末端端面的直径，具体大小根据不同需求来设定，注塑产品冷却成型后进行脱模，因唧嘴1与托料盘6接触面积小，与唧嘴1末端形状配合的脱料块2接触托料盘6的面积就增大了，脱模过程受力面积增大，脱模就更为容易，脱模后水口料留在模具上，由机械手取出，全程自动化，经济效益得到了提高。
