背景技术
油脂自原料内初步研磨出来之后，其内含有多种固体颗粒杂质，需要进行初步过滤之后再进一步深加工；以往没有专用过滤设备，都是将油脂直接倒入大池中搅拌待杂质沉淀后再进行进一步加工，耗时很长，大大影响了工作效率。因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种过滤完全的油脂过滤装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种过滤完全的油脂过滤装置，包括有上方开口的罐体，所述的罐体开口处盖有端盖，罐体的右下角连接有入油管，罐体的内部设有多层滤网，在罐体底部以及每两层滤网之间的空间内均放有多个活性炭吸附包，在所述的端盖上开有多个通孔，每个通孔分别连通有出油管，出油管的另一端连接有油泵，油泵还连接有出油龙头。
所述的入油管和出油管均为塑料饮用水管道。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型通过在罐体底部以及每两层滤网之间的空间内均放有多个活性炭吸附包，来吸附油脂中的杂质，多层吸附，达到完全去除杂质的目的，结构简单，操作方便，过滤快速，工作效率提高。

如图1所示，一种过滤完全的油脂过滤装置，包括有上方开口的罐体1，所述的罐体1开口处盖有端盖2，罐体1的右下角连接有入油管3，罐体1的内部设有多层滤网4，在罐体1底部以及每两层滤网4之间的空间内均放有多个活性炭吸附包5，在所述的端盖2上开有多个通孔6，每个通孔6分别连通有出油管7，出油管7的另一端连接有油泵8，油泵8还连接有出油龙头9。
所述的入油管3和出油管7均为塑料饮用水管道。
