本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:该超级电容充电装置包括微处理器、直流电源、IGBT、限流电阻和超级电容,微处理器与IGBT相连接,IGBT与直流电源和限流电阻相连接,直流电源和超级电容相连接,超级电容和限流电阻相连接。装置工作时,微处理器发出控制信号,IGBT导通,直流电源开始对超级电容充电,充电回路串联限流电阻是减小大电流对超级电容的冲击。

该超级电容充电装置由微处理器(PIC16F877A)、直流电源、IGBT(1MBI200L-120)、限流电阻(RXG20-F型线绕电阻)和超级电容组成,微处理器PIC16F877A与IGBT相连接,IGBT1MBI200L-120与直流电源和限流电阻相连接,直流电源和超级电容相连接,超级电容和限流电阻相连接。装置工作时,微处理器PIC16F877A发出控制信号,IGBT 1MBI200L-120导通,直流电源开始对超级电容充电,充电回路串联限流电阻是减小大电流对超级电容的冲击。
