[0002] 传统卤素灯杯耗能高、寿命短,在全球资源紧张的大环境下,LED射灯耗能低、寿命长且不含对环境有害的Pb,Hg等有害元素,是替代传统卤素灯杯的新型节能灯具。目前LED射灯散热主体由于外形规格的制约,在有限的体积内难以增加有效散热面积,从而导致散热性能不佳。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于有效克服上述技术的不足,提供一种具有多层散热结构的LED射灯,该具有多层结构的LED射灯的内部采用多层散热的方式,使得散热性能得到了极大的提升。

[0014] 参照图1所示,为本实用新型揭示的一种具有多层散热结构的LED射灯的第一具体实施例,在本实施例中,该LED射灯包括灯头10、多层散热主体20、铝基板30以及透镜40,并且灯头10采用GUlO灯头,多层散热主体20为圆台形结构,具有上、下两个腔体,铝基板30通过螺丝301固定在上腔体内,铝基板30上设有LED光源302,灯头10的一部分设置在多层散热主体20的下腔体内,并且下腔体内设有驱动电源(图中不可见),该驱动电源的一端连到灯头10的电源输入端101,另一端则连到铝基板30上,以对铝基板30上的LED光源302提供电能。多层散热主体20的上腔体内部设有复数个散热鳍片201,如图1所述,散热鳍片201有规则的排列在多层散热主体20的上腔体的内壁上,形成类似于孔洞的结构,多层散热主体20的外表面上还设有与上腔体连通的条状的散热孔202,通过此种结构,LED光源302发光时产生的热量,多层散热主体20即可通过散热鳍片201向空气中散发,另外,透镜40的外缘上、对应散热鳍片201的位置上设有复数个散热孔401,这种结构的设计使得多层散热主体20上下通透,增加了空气对流,进一步的提高了 LED射灯的散热效率。
[0015] 在上述结构中,由于本实用新型的多层散热主体20的下腔体为通用型的,可以匹配不同的灯头,参照图2、图3所示,即为灯头的两种具体形式,其中,图2中为E27灯头50,图3中为G5.3灯头60,图4中为E14灯头70,这两种灯头均可直接与多层散热主体20进行匹配。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层散热结构的LED射灯,其特征在于:所述透镜的外缘上、对应于散热鳍片的位置上设有复数个散热孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层散热结构的LED射灯,其特征在于:所述多层散热主体为圆台形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有多层散热结构的LED射灯,其特征在于:所述多层散热主体的下腔体内设有驱动电源,并且该驱动电源与铝基板电性连接。
