本实用新型涉及一种轮胎翻转索具，尤其适用于装载机轮胎的装卸和加工过程中的翻转。
背景技术
目前，轮胎轮毂表面的漆清理完后，需要5～6人翻面，由于轮胎重量约有480kg，直径1.6m，工人劳动强度大，而且又占用劳动力，使用专用叉车夹紧翻转，价格昂贵，而且在施工和搬运过程中的物品表面容易划伤、碰伤，不能满足用户的使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题在于，克服现有技术的不足，提供一种轮胎翻转索具，利用杠杆的原理和自重所产生的夹紧力对轮胎径向的夹具力，从而能顺利地对轮胎实现快速翻转如平装平卸。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的：
依据本实用新型提供的一种轮胎翻转索具，包括左吊臂、右吊臂，所述的左吊臂上端装有吊环一，左吊臂上装有拉簧一，左吊臂下端通过捅销一与轮胎夹板一锁紧，轮胎夹板一上装有卡管一；右吊臂上端装有吊环二，右吊臂上装有拉簧二，右吊臂下端通过捅销二与轮胎夹板二锁紧，轮胎夹板二上装有卡管二；左吊臂、右吊臂由固定螺栓固定。
    本实用新型与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果：

如图1～2所示的一种轮胎翻转索具，包括左吊臂、右吊臂，所述的左吊臂1上端装有吊环一3，左吊臂上装有拉簧一5，左吊臂下端通过捅销一7与轮胎夹板一9锁紧，轮胎夹板一上装有卡管一11；右吊臂2上端装有吊环二4，右吊臂上装有拉簧二6，右吊臂下端通过捅销二8与轮胎夹板二10锁紧，轮胎夹板二上装有卡管二12；左吊臂、右吊臂由固定螺栓13固定。
    使用时用天车的吊钩，把软带穿入吊环一、吊环二内，拉簧一、拉簧二用于在非使用时的平衡放置处于微微地常开状态，操作时需要把卡管一、卡管二分别置于轮胎14的纹槽内，这时天车慢慢的向上起吊，然后轮胎夹板一、轮胎夹板二便把轮胎紧紧地卡住，当确认卡管一、卡管二已经牢固的卡入纹槽后，方可用天车起吊。如用于翻转，这时可以分别把捅销一、捅销二取下，才可使用。

1.一种轮胎翻转索具，包括左吊臂、右吊臂，其特征在于：所述的左吊臂上端装有吊环一，左吊臂上装有拉簧一，左吊臂下端通过捅销一与轮胎夹板一锁紧，轮胎夹板一上装有卡管一；右吊臂上端装有吊环二，右吊臂上装有拉簧二，右吊臂下端通过捅销二与轮胎夹板二锁紧，轮胎夹板二上装有卡管二；左吊臂、右吊臂由固定螺栓固定。
