Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种滚齿液压夹具，工件首尾两端面在底座上端垫片和螺母间定位，拉杆外端包裹薄壁套筒，波形胀紧套套在薄壁套筒外部，工件环套在波形胀紧套上，当拉杆下移时，即压缩薄壁套筒带动波形胀紧套向外膨胀，拧紧螺母使弹性薄壁夹盘下压，从而将工件定心并胀紧。本实用新型优点是，机构简单，定心精度高，操作也较为方便，夹紧力均匀。

背景技术
  齿轮、环、套筒等类零件的精加工要求夹紧力均匀和定心精度高，传统的机械定位方式不仅不能够保证夹紧力的均匀分布，其外部端面夹紧方式也会对零件表面造成损害，利用盘套类的夹具进行加工，则因为工件的大小对其夹具拨爪要求较高，导致结构复杂，同时定心精度差。
实用新型内容
 本实用新型克服了以上缺点，提供了一种夹紧力均匀、定心精度高，结构简单的滚齿液压夹具。
 本实用新型是通过以下技术手段实现的，一种滚齿液压夹具，包括：螺母、弹性薄壁夹盘、拉杆、薄壁套筒、波形胀紧套，垫片，工件，底座；
  其中，拉杆外端包裹薄壁套筒，波形胀紧套套在薄壁套筒外部，工件环套在波形胀紧套上，工件两端面在螺母和垫片间定位，垫片下方连接底座；
  操作时，工件的首尾两端面在底座上端垫片和螺母间定位，拉杆外端包裹薄壁套筒，波形胀紧套套在薄壁套筒外部，工件环套在波形胀紧套上，当拉杆下移时，即压缩薄壁套筒带动波形胀紧套向外膨胀，拧紧螺母使弹性薄壁夹盘下压，从而将工件定心并胀紧。
 本实用新型优点是，机构简单，定心精度高，操作也较为方便，夹紧力均匀。

实施例1
  拉杆（3）外端包裹薄壁套筒（4），波形胀紧套（5）套在薄壁套筒（4）外部，工件（7）环套在波形胀紧套（5）上，工件（7）两端面在螺母（1）和垫片（6）间定位，垫片（6）下方连接底座（8）。
  工件（7）的首尾两端面在底座（8）上端垫片（6）和螺母（１）间定位，拉杆（3）外端包裹薄壁套筒（4），波形胀紧套（5）套在薄壁套筒（4）外部，工件（7）环套在波形胀紧套（5）上，当拉杆（3）下移时，即压缩薄壁套筒（4）带动波形胀紧套（5）向外膨胀，拧紧螺母（1）使弹性薄壁夹盘（2）下压，从而将工件（7）定心并胀紧。

1.一种滚齿液压夹具，包括：螺母（1）、弹性薄壁夹盘（2）、拉杆（3）、薄壁套筒（4）、波形胀紧套（5），垫片（6），底座（8）；其特征在于拉杆（3）外端包裹薄壁套筒（4），波形胀紧套（5）套在薄壁套筒（4）外部，工件（7）环套在波形胀紧套（5）上，工件（7）两端面在螺母（1）和垫片（6）间定位，垫片（6）下方连接底座（8）。
