本实用新型涉及一种微型瓦楞纸板结构,尤其涉及一种面纸克重为230克~380克纸张的微型瓦楞纸板的梯形结构。本实用新型包括:瓦楞面纸;所述瓦楞面纸克重在230克~380克之间。瓦楞芯纸;所述的瓦楞芯纸克重为110克,呈梯形结构,梯形的短边长度为0.95mm,长边长度为2.3mm,梯形高度为0.96mm,两斜边长度为1.12mm。瓦楞底纸;所述瓦楞底纸克重为100克~150克。梯形上下表面较平整,贴合胶水的分布更均匀,同时也分散了贴合时的压力。降低了贴合的难度,同时由于支撑面的增加,使得微型瓦楞包装盒的表面更加平整。

瓦楞纸板的包装盒的运用非常广泛,但主要是用在一些中大型包装盒或者运输包装盒。而微型瓦楞纸板,楞型太大表面会有明显的楞印,影响了产品表观;单纯靠增加瓦楞的密度,如从E楞使用更细密的瓦楞F楞,G楞瓦楞,除成本增加外,贴合的难度更大,要求更高。容易发生开胶,或者塌楞的问题。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种微型瓦楞纸板结构,旨在解决上述的问题。

本实用新型包括:瓦楞面纸;所述瓦楞面纸克重在230克~380克之间。瓦楞芯纸;所述的瓦楞芯纸克重为110克,呈梯形结构,梯形的短边长度为0.95mm,长边长度为2.3mm,梯形高度为0.96mm,两斜边长度为1.12mm。瓦楞底纸;所述瓦楞底纸克重为100克~150克。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:梯形上下表面较平整,贴合胶水的分布更均匀,同时也分散了贴合时的压力。降低了贴合的难度,同时由于支撑面的增加,使得微型瓦楞包装盒的表面更加平整。

本使用新型通过适量增加瓦楞芯纸与瓦楞面纸的表面接触面积,达到了提高表面平整度,同时降低瓦楞纸板贴合难度的效果。
