背景技术
在进行汽车地毯发泡模架的装配时，常常会使用安装板，将发泡模架各个组件进行固定，现有安装板上的安装孔一般是长条形的狭缝，我们只能通过狭缝进行安装位置的调整，调整范围有限，不能很好的各组件的安装位置，严重影响了发泡模架的空间利用。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种汽车地毯发泡模架安装板。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型设计了一种汽车地毯发泡模架安装板，包括固定板，以及与固定板连接的连接板，其特征在于：连接板上设置横槽，以及短纵槽，横槽与短纵槽相互垂直相交呈十字结构；固定板上设置长纵槽；还包括一个螺栓，螺栓的端部穿过连接板上横槽与短纵槽的中心处与固定板上的长纵槽相连，螺栓可沿连接板上的横槽进行左右滑动，螺栓可沿固定板上的长纵槽进行上下滑动。
所述短纵槽至少设有三组。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，可以更加灵活地控制发泡模架各组件的安装位置，有效利用空间资源。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括固定板2，以及与固定板2连接的连接板1，连接板1上设置横槽3，以及短纵槽4，横槽3与短纵槽4相互垂直相交呈十字结构；固定板2上设置长纵槽5；还包括一个螺栓6，螺栓6的端部穿过连接板1上横槽3与短纵槽4的中心处与固定板2上的长纵槽5紧固相连，螺栓6可沿连接板1上的横槽3进行左右滑动，螺栓6可沿固定板2上的长纵槽5进行上下滑动。
在使用时，连接板1与发泡模架组件固定，固定板2与发泡模架支架固定，再用螺栓6同时穿过固定板2上的横槽3或短纵槽4与连接板1上的长纵槽5固定起来，即完成装配工作。螺栓6可沿连接板1上的横槽3进行左右滑动，螺栓6可沿固定板2上的长纵槽5进行上下滑动，用户可根据需要随意调节螺栓6的装配位置。
同现有技术相比，可以更加灵活地控制发泡模架各组件的安装位置，有效利用空间资源。

1.一种汽车地毯发泡模架安装板，包括固定板，以及与固定板连接的连接板，其特征在于：连接板上设置横槽，以及短纵槽，横槽与短纵槽相互垂直相交呈十字结构；固定板上设置长纵槽；还包括一个螺栓，螺栓的端部穿过连接板上横槽与短纵槽的中心处与固定板上的长纵槽相连，螺栓可沿连接板上的横槽进行左右滑动，螺栓可沿固定板上的长纵槽进行上下滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车地毯发泡模架安装板，其特征在于：所述短纵槽至少设有三组。
