在日常的生活和工作中，因为长期伏案工作，再加上缺乏必要体育锻炼，人们普遍感到腰酸腿疼，身体长期处于亚健康状态，长此以往甚至会诱发严重的腰椎病、颈椎病和心脑血管疾病，严重影响了人们的正常的工作和生活。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可使腿部和腰部肌肉拉伸，从而得到锻炼，达到健身目的的双腿伸曲健身器械。 
本实用新型采用如下技术方案： 
本实用新型包括固定支架、设置在固定支架上的带有导轨的横杠、通过滑块连接在导轨上的座椅，所述座椅一侧通过弹簧与横杠连接，所述横杠上设置有踏板。
本实用新型的积极效果如下： 
使用本实用新型时，运动者坐在座椅上，双脚放在踏板上双腿做伸曲的往复运动，这样在使用过程中可使腿部和腰部的肌肉得到拉伸，从而得到锻炼，达到健身的目的。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，本实用新型包括固定支架1、设置在固定支架1上的带有导轨2的横杠7、通过滑块4连接在导轨2上的座椅3，所述座椅3一侧通过弹簧5与横杠7连接，所述横杠7上设置有踏板6。 
使用本实用新型时，运动者坐在座椅3上，双脚放在踏板6上双腿做伸曲的往复运动，由于座椅3通过滑块4可以在导轨2上自由滑动，座椅3通过弹簧5  连接在横杠7上，双腿在伸曲运动时必须克服弹簧5  的反作用力，这样运动者的腿部肌肉伸曲负担会加重，这样在使用过程中可使腿部和腰部的肌肉得到拉伸，从而得到锻炼，达到健身的目的。
