Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种美容镜，包括玻璃层、设于玻璃层后板面上的镀膜层、设于镀膜层后板面上的彩色镀膜层以及设于彩色镀膜层后板面上的保护漆，所述镀膜层为镜面膜且镀膜层上镂刻有空心的花纹。本方案采用双层镀膜工艺，通过单层玻璃的设计方案达到双层玻璃结构的技术效果，减轻了美容镜自身的重量且节省了加工材料。

背景技术
美容镜在一些美容店或大型理发店非常常见。因为其美观的外观视觉效果，为大多数人所钟爱。
现有使用的美容镜，为达到其更强的立体视觉效果，是由两块玻璃前后叠加在一起制作所成。这样虽然达到了较好的立体视觉效果，但产品整体较为笨重，使用安置皆有不便；同时笨重的美容镜本身也会消耗较多的加工材料。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻便同时节省材料的美容镜。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种美容镜，包括玻璃层、设于玻璃层后板面上的镀膜层、设于镀膜层后板面上的彩色镀膜层以及设于彩色镀膜层后板面上的保护漆，所述镀膜层为镜面膜且镀膜层上镂刻有空心的花纹。
本实用新型采用的技术方案，其有益效果在于：本方案采用双层镀膜工艺，通过单层玻璃的设计方案达到双层玻璃结构的技术效果，减轻了美容镜自身的重量且节省了加工材料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示本实用新型一种实施例的结构示意图，
一种美容镜，包括玻璃层1、设于玻璃层后板面上的镀膜层2、设于镀膜层后板面上的彩色镀膜层3以及设于彩色镀膜层后板面上的保护漆4，所述镀膜层为镜面膜且镀膜层上镂刻有空心的花纹。
在加工美容镜过程中，首先清洗玻璃，然后在玻璃一侧的板面上印刷耐酸油墨，并在耐酸油墨层上绘制所需的空心花纹图案，其后在耐酸油墨上镀镜面膜，然后将产品置入酸性溶液中清洗，形成镜面花纹，花纹其余部分被酸性溶液清洗除去，接着在镜面膜花纹及空余出的玻璃板面上镀制彩色镀膜，最后在彩色镀膜上淋漆，制作保护层，并烘干。即得到美容镜成品。

1.一种美容镜，其特征在于：包括玻璃层（1）、设于玻璃层后板面上的镀膜层（2）、设于镀膜层后板面上的彩色镀膜层（3）以及设于彩色镀膜层后板面上的保护漆（4），所述镀膜层为镜面膜且镀膜层上镂刻有空心的花纹。
