Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种便携式数字气压表。包括依次连接的压力检测模块、数据转换模块、单片机模块、数据显示模块以及分别连接所述压力检测模块、数据转换模块、单片机模块、数据显示模块的电源模块。本实用新型所采用的压力传感器与数据转换模块相连,是整个系统的核心元件,其主要作用是检测压力的大小、控制压力的变化以及物理参量的测量。由上述结构可实时测量压力值,并以数字形式显示;在测量气压,即使是较低纬度的情况下,依然可以得到较高的精度;也具有体积小,重量轻,便于携带,成本低的特点。

一种便携式数字气压表技术领域[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种气压表,特别是便携式数字气压表。背景技术[0002] 近年来,气压表广泛应用于家庭、汽车、手机、GPS、电脑等各个领域。对于传统的气 压传感器,特别是普通气压传感器在低纬度的情况下测量精度不高。发明内容[0003] 针对上述现有技术,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种精度较高、成本 低且简单易懂的便携式数字气压表。[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种便携式数字气压表包括依次连接的压力 检测模块、数据转换模块、单片机模块、数据显示模块以及用于供电的电源模块;其中,[0005] 所述单片机模块采用型号为AT89S52的单片机;[0006] 所述压力检测模块采用型号为MPX4115的压力传感器;[0007] 所述数据转换模块采用型号为LM331的压频转换芯片;其中,所述压频转换芯片 的频率输出引脚F_0UT连接所述单片机的TO引脚,所述压频转换芯片的比较输入引脚C0M_ IN连接所述压力传感器的电压信号输出引脚VOUT ;[0008] 所述数据显示模块包括8段数码管,以及和8段数码管连接的驱动芯片;所述驱动 芯片的DIN、LOAD、CLK引脚分别与所述单片机的P0.7、P0.3、P0.6引脚相连接。[0009] 作为本实用新型的改进,所述数字气压表采用5V电压作为工作电压。[0010] 由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型可实时测量压力值,并以数字形式显示;在测 量气压,本实用新型采用了单片机,即使是较低纬度的情况下,依然可以得到较高的精度; 也具有体积小,重量轻,便于携带,成本低,简单易懂等特点。附图说明[0011] 图1是一种便携式数字气压表原理图;[0012] 图2为数据转换模块电路图;[0013] 图3为数据显示模块的电路图。具体实施方式[0014] 下面结合附图对实用新型的技术方案进行详细说明:[0015] 如图1所示,一种便携式数字气压表包括依次连接的压力检测模块、数据转换模 块、单片机模块、数据显示模块以及分别连接压力检测模块、数据转换模块、单片机模块、数 据显示模块的电源模块。在本实用新型中,电源模块为气压表其余模块提供电能,数字气压 表采用5V电压作为工作电压。[0016] 其中,压力检测模块采用型号为MPX4115的压力传感器,单片机为AT89S52单片机。[0017] 如图2所示,数据转换模块采用型号为LM331的压频转换芯片。压频转换芯片的 频率输出引脚F_0UT连接单片机的TO引脚,压频转换芯片的比较输入引脚C0M_IN连接压 力传感器的电压信号输出引脚V0UT。压力传感器将检测到的压力信号转换为电压信号,电 压信号从MPX4115传感器传输到数据转换模块电路,由LM331压频转换芯片将电压信号转 换为脉冲形式的频率信号后传输到AT89S52单片机。[0018] 如图3所示,数据显示模块包括8段数码管和8段数码管连接的驱动芯片。驱动 芯片的DIN、LOAD、CLK引脚分别与单片机的P0.7、P0.3、P0.6引脚相连接。数据显示模块 采用8段数码管,将单片机计数的压力值以数码显示形式直观地显示出来。
Claims (2)
1.一种便携式数字气压表,其特征在于:包括依次连接的压力检测模块、数据转换模 块、单片机模块、数据显示模块以及用于供电的电源模块;其中:所述单片机模块采用型号为AT89S52的单片机;所述压力检测模块采用型号为MPX4115的压力传感器;所述数据转换模块采用型号为LM331的压频转换芯片;其中:所述压频转换芯片的频 率输出引脚F_OUT连接所述单片机的TO引脚,所述压频转换芯片的比较输入引脚COM_IN 连接所述压力传感器的电压信号输出引脚VOUT ;所述数据显示模块包括8段数码管,以及和8段数码管连接的驱动芯片;所述驱动芯片 的DIN、LOAD、CLK引脚分别与所述单片机的P0.7、P0.3、P0.6引脚连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字气压表,其特征在于:所述数字气压表采用5V电 压作为工作电压。
