Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种快速组装钢丝绳索具，包括绳索部和绳环部，所述绳索部两端均设有螺纹接头，所述绳环部的非环端设有螺纹接头，绳索部和绳环部由接头管旋接绳索部和绳环部各自的螺纹接头连接。绳索具绳索部和绳环部通过接头管旋接两者的螺纹接头实现连接，螺纹旋合连接牢靠，拆卸、组装方便，便于零散运输和现场组装，且任意一部分损坏时，只需对应更换损坏部分，有效降低使用成本。

本实用新型涉及一种索具，具体说是一种快速组装钢丝绳索具。
背景技术
钢丝绳索具被广泛应用载重较大的吊装行业中。传统钢丝绳索具分为绳索部分和吊环部分，在绞制绳索具时，通过一钢管同时穿接两部分后将钢管轧紧使两部分连接，绳索部分和吊环部分是硬性压合连接，在长期承受重载荷时，容易发生脱裂，使用寿命短，存在安全隐患，且在绳索部分和吊环部分任意一部分损坏时，压合钢管无法拆卸，拆卸即报废，需整体更换绳索具，增大了使用成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、紧凑，制作方便，能满足高承载力要求，长期使用安全，拆卸、维护方便，使用成本低的快速组装钢丝绳索具。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种快速组装钢丝绳索具，包括绳索部和绳环部，其特征在于：所述绳索部两端均设有螺纹接头，所述绳环部的非环端设有螺纹接头，绳索部和绳环部由接头管旋接绳索部和绳环部各自的螺纹接头连接。
本实用新型的绳索具绳索部和绳环部通过接头管旋接两者的螺纹接头实现连接，螺纹旋合连接牢靠，拆卸、组装方便，便于零散运输和现场组装，且任意一部分损坏时，只需对应更换损坏部分，有效降低使用成本。
