Abstract
一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,属于电动车辆领域,主要解决车辆的续行里程问题,它包括设置于车体上的电瓶,用于驱动车轮的驱动电机连接所述的电瓶,在车体上还设有一发电机,所述的发电机经传动机构连接一发动机,一电瓶电压检测单元控制发动机的启动部分;所述的发电机连接电瓶并向电瓶充电。该电动车可以选用功率很小的发动机就能驱动车辆,在明显提高电动车的续行里程的前提下,满足电动车经济性和续行里程的要求。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种由电瓶提供电力经由电动机驱动的车辆,特别是一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车。
背景技术
[0002] 电动汽车是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。由于对环境影响相对传统汽车较小,其前景被广泛看好。
[0003] 在电动汽车的分类中:有纯电动汽车(BEV)和混合动力汽车(HEV)之分。
[0004] 纯电动汽车(BEV):电动机的驱动电能来源于车载可充电蓄电池或其他能量储存装置。由于该型车辆本身不排放污染大气的有害气体,即使按所耗电量换算为发电厂的排放,除硫和微粒外,其它污染物也显著减少。由于电力可以从多种一次能源获得,如煤、核能、水力、风力、光、热等,解除人们对石油资源日见枯竭的担心。电动汽车还可以充分利用晚间用电低谷时富余的电力充电,使发电设备日夜都能充分利用,大大提高其经济效益。有关研究表明,同样的原油经过粗炼,送至电厂发电,经充入电池,再由电池驱动汽车,其能量利用效率比经过精炼变为汽油,再经汽油机驱动汽车高,因此有利于节约能源和减少二氧化碳的排量,正是这些优点,使电动汽车的研究和应用成为汽车工业的一个“热点”。但缺点是:目前蓄电池单位重量储存的能量太少,续行里程较短。
[0005] 混合动力汽车:根据动力系统结构形式可分为以下三类:
[0006] 一是并联式混合动力汽车(PHEV):车辆的驱动力由电动机及发动机同时或单独供给的混合动力(电动)汽车。结构特点是并联式驱动系统可以单独使用发动机或电动机作为动力源,也可以同时使用电动机和发动机作为动力源驱动汽车行驶。
[0007] 二是串联式混合动力汽车(SHEV):车辆的驱动力只来源于电动机的混合动力(电动)汽车。结构特点是发动机带动发电机发电,电能通过电机控制器输送给电动机,由电动机驱动汽车行驶。另外,动力电池也可以单独向电动机提供电能驱动汽车行驶。
[0008] 三是混联式混合动力汽车(CHEV):同时具有串联式、并联式驱动方式的混合动力(电动)汽车。结构特点是可以在串联混合模式下工作,也可以在并联混合模式下工作,同时兼顾了串联式和并联式的特点。
[0009] 在上述串联式混合动力汽车中,目前也仅仅是处于概念阶段,切实可行的产品并没有在市场上出现,主要原因是结构复杂、价格高,无法得到普及。
实用新型内容
[0010] 本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足,而提供一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,该电动车在明显提高电动车的续行里程的前提下,提高产品的性价比。
[0011] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,包括设置于车体上的电瓶,用于驱动车轮的驱动电机连接所述的电瓶,其特征是,在车体上还设有一发电机,所述的发电机经传动机构连接一发动机,一电瓶电压检测单元控制发动机的启动部分;所述的发电机连接电瓶并向电瓶充电。
[0012] 所述的传动机构还连接一空气调节器,在传动机构与空气调节器之间设有离合器。
[0013] 所述的离合器为电控离合器,一电控按钮与所述的电控离合器相电连接。
[0014] 所述的空气调节器、发动机和发电机的整体布局为:空气调节器和发电机分置于发动机的两侧。
[0015] 本实用新型具有以下突出的有益效果:
[0016] 1、由于设置了发动机,当电瓶电压低于设定值时,所述的发动机带动发电机工作而向电瓶充电,继续使驱动电机工作,利用驱动电机低速大扭矩的特点,保证了车辆的续行里程;可以选用功率很小的发动机就能驱动车辆,满足电动车经济性和续行里程的要求。
[0017] 2、在电瓶电量充足的情况下,通过电控按钮可以控制发动机的工作,以选择空气调节器是否工作,改变目前电动车辆的性能与空气调节器之间的矛盾。
[0018] 3、该电动车在明显提高电动车的续行里程的前提下,具有很高的性价比。

具体实施方式
[0022] 如图1所示,一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,包括设置于车体上的电瓶I,驱动电机2连接所述的电瓶,驱动电机2通过行走机构3用于驱动车轮。
[0023] 在车体上还设有一发电机4,所述的发电机4经传动机构6连接一发动机5,发动机5 —般为汽油机拖动发电机4发电,一电瓶电压检测单兀9控制发动机的启动部分10。
[0024] 通常行驶状态下,只要当电瓶电压检测单元9检测到电瓶电压达到设定的低值时,发动机5的启动部分10就工作,启动发动机5带动发电机4发电并向电瓶I充电,使得电动车辆继续行走。
[0025] 但有时,虽然电瓶电压检测单元9检测到电瓶电压达到设定的低值,但此时并不希望发电机4发电,可在传动机构与发电机之间设发电部分用的离合器来解决;最好为电控离合器,一发电部分用的电控按钮电连接上述电控离合器,以便必要时,通过电控按钮和电控离合器的作用,切断或者接通向发电机传输的动力,从而控制发电机的工作。
[0026] 如图2所示,在图1的基础上,传动机构6还连接一空气调节器8 (空调),在传动机构6与空气调节器8之间设有另一离合器;该离合器为电控离合器,电控按钮7与该电控离合器相电连接。通过电控按钮7和空气调节用的电控离合器的作用,切断或者接通向空气调节器8传输的动力,从而控制空气调节器8的工作。
[0027] 空气调节器8、发动机5和发电机4的整体布局为:空气调节器8位于发动机的右侧,发电机4位于发动机的左侧。
[0028] 上面介绍了发电机4和空气调节器8 (空调)分别控制的结构,在实际设计中,可以将发动机5向发电机4或空气调节器8 (空调)的动力传递进行整合,并实现下列功能的联动:
[0029] 当电瓶电压检测单元9检测到电瓶电压达到设定的低值时,电控离合器使发动机5带动发电机4工作,而空气调节器8不工作。
[0030] 当电瓶电压检测单元9检测到电瓶电压高于设定的低值时,电控离合器使发电机4不工作,使发动机5带动空气调节器8工作。
[0031] 综上,本实用新型十分方便地解决耗能大的空调、取暖、除霜等纯电动汽车遇到的难题。

1.一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,包括设置于车体上的电瓶,用于驱动车轮的驱动电机连接所述的电瓶,其特征是,在车体上还设有一发电机,所述的发电机经传动机构连接一发动机,一电瓶电压检测单元控制发动机的启动部分;所述的发电机连接电瓶并向电瓶充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,其特征是,所述的传动机构还连接一空气调节器,在传动机构与空气调节器之间设有离合器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,其特征是,所述的离合器为电控离合器,一电控按钮与所述的电控离合器相电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带燃油辅助发电的电动车,其特征是,所述的空气调节器、发动机和发电机的整体布局为:空气调节器和发电机分置于发动机的两侧。
