Abstract
本实用新型涉及羽绒加工技术领域，具体是涉及一种用于羽绒加工的消毒装置。具有传送带，传送带的内侧的两端均设有传动轴，传送带上设有数个紫外线消毒灯和感应探头，每个感应探头的周围设有6个呈正六边形排布的紫外线消毒灯。紫外线消毒灯和感应探头通过粘接方式安装在传送带之上。本实用新型用于羽绒加工的消毒装置，结构设计合理，集传送与消毒为一体，既实现羽绒的快速输送，又实现了羽绒的消毒处理，加工效率较高。

背景技术
现有技术中，干燥后的羽绒需要采用输送带将其运输至暂存区，但是在输送带输送之前，还需要通过消毒装置对其进行消毒处理。因此，整个操作过程分两步进行，操作较为繁琐，加工效率低下。

针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构设计合理、加工效率高的用于羽绒加工的消毒装置。
为了实现上述目的，采用的技术方案如下：
一种用于羽绒加工的消毒装置，其特征在于，具有传送带，传送带的内侧的两端均设有传动轴，传送带上设有数个紫外线消毒灯和感应探头，每个感应探头的周围设有6个呈正六边形排布的紫外线消毒灯。
优选地，所述紫外线消毒灯和感应探头通过粘接方式安装在传送带之上。
本实用新型用于羽绒加工的消毒装置，结构设计合理，集传送与消毒为一体，既实现羽绒的快速输送，又实现了羽绒的消毒处理，加工效率较高。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，一种用于羽绒加工的消毒装置，具有传送带1，传送带1的内侧的两端均设有传动轴4，传送带1上设有数个紫外线消毒灯2和感应探头3，每个感应探头3的周围设有6个呈正六边形排布的紫外线消毒灯2。
同时，紫外线消毒灯2和感应探头3优选通过粘接方式安装在传送带1之上。
另外，传动轴4的材质优选碳素钢。
