Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 中国专利文献号CN201053521Y于2008年4月30日公开了一种自动泄压阀,阀体上设有阀腔及连通阀腔的进水口和出水口,阀腔内设有一个可上下运动的阀芯来关闭和打开回流通道,阀芯包括阀塞及与其相接的弹簧,进水口设在阀腔的一端,出水口设在与进水口相对的阀腔另一端,中空阀塞设在进水口位置;当高压力的水将回流阀针顶起时,阀芯上端堵头堵死阀针内的阀腔,从而关闭回流通道;当水压降低时利用回流阀芯自身的重量使回流阀阀芯掉下来打开回流通道,阀塞的上端到通道口的距离大于阀芯的长度。这种自动泄压阀的结构比较简单,但是,对回流阀针的自身重量要求较精准,对外界因素要求比较高,且因为结构原因限制只适用于低压力环境,成品的合格率也比较低,难于满足用户的要求。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、操作灵活、零部件少、制作成本低的自动泄压阀,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
[0004] 按此目的设计的一种自动泄压阀,包括设置在阀体上的阀盖,阀体上设置有与阀腔相通的泄压孔和出水孔,其结构特征是阀腔内设置有通过水压自动打开或关闭泄压孔的泄压机构。
[0005] 所述泄压机构包括设置在阀腔内的密封垫和弹簧,该弹簧的一端与密封垫的底部相接,弹簧的另一端压接在阀腔的内壁上,密封垫的底部设置有与出水孔相通的过水孔,阀盖上设置有进水孔,该进水孔与阀腔相通且位于密封垫的上方,泄压孔位于密封垫的下方。

[0012] 当水泵工作时,在水压的作用下,当水泵泵出来的水经过阀盖上的进水孔,进入位于阀腔内的密封垫中时,由于密封垫上的过水孔很小,而过水孔的流通面积<进水孔的流通面积,从而在阀腔内产生水压,也就是在密封垫内产生水压,使密封垫变形,故而在克服弹簧的弹力及密封垫的伸缩力的作用下,密封垫向下运动,从而封住位于密封垫下方的泄压孔,正常情况下的水就从阀体上的出水孔流出;当水泵停止工作时,密封垫内的压力迅速降低。密封垫在自身回弹力及弹簧弹力的作用下向上运动,泄压孔被打开,实新自动泄压。[0013] 本实用新型相对于现有自动泄压阀,具有结构简单合理、操作灵活、零部件少、制作成本低、泄压效果好的特点。

1.一种自动泄压阀,包括设置在阀体(4)上的阀盖(1),阀体(4)上设置有与阀腔相通的泄压孔(4.1)和出水孔(4.2),其特征是阀腔内设置有通过水压自动打开或关闭泄压孔(4.1)的泄压机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述泄压机构包括设置在阀腔内的密封垫(2)和弹簧(3),该弹簧(3)的一端与密封垫(2)的底部相接,弹簧(3)的另一端压接在阀腔的内壁上,密封垫(2)的底部设置有与出水孔(4.2)相通的过水孔(2.1),阀盖(I)上设置有进水孔(1.1),该进水孔(1.1)与阀腔相通且位于密封垫(2)的上方,泄压孔(4.1)位于密封垫(2)的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述过水孔(2.1)的流通面积<进水孔(1.0的流通面积。
4.根据权利要求2所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述泄压孔(4.1)位于密封垫(2)的侧下方。
5.根据权利要求2至4任一所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述密封垫(2)呈碗状或筒状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述密封垫(2)为硅胶或金属制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动泄压阀,其特征是所述弹簧(3)为柱状弹簧或板状弹簧。
