本实用新型涉及石油设备领域,具体为一种油田压裂车专用的一体式发动机变速箱减震支架。
背景技术
我国现阶段国产的油田压裂车的发动机和变速箱支撑,主要都采用橡胶垫式减震垫,橡胶垫上开孔与支架和底座用螺栓连接,主要缺点表现在:(1)减震效果差,只能抗击纵向的振动,不能抗击横向振动;(2)橡胶垫裸露在外,与周围环境直接接触,寿命差(3)结构复杂,零件种类繁多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、减震效果好且防护性能好的一体式发动机变速箱减震支架。
本实用新型具体技术方案是:包括顶部的支架、底部的支座,其特征在于:所述的支架和支座之间设有减震器;所述的减震器包括与支架连接的上锥壳、与支座连接的下锥壳,上锥壳和下锥壳互相叠置,且接触面上设有减震块。锥壳即外表面为锥形,两个锥壳叠放时,控制上下锥壳的距离,二者的锥面即形成空隙,即可安装减震块减缓发动机引起的振动。
上述方案进一步改进为:
为了提高减震效果,所述的减震器为并置的多个,所述的减震垫为橡胶减震块。
以下提供一种具体的连接结构,所述的下锥壳底部与支座固定,且底部设有凹状缺口,缺口内设有限位挡块;限位挡块连接螺栓一端,且螺栓另一端依次贯穿下锥壳、上锥壳后固定于支架底部。
本实用新型替代橡胶垫式减震支架,能够解决油田压裂车的振动问题,压裂车的整体振动可降低40%,并且本实用新型的减震器防护性能好,能提高使用寿命50%以上。

参见图1,一种一体式发动机变速箱减震支架,包括顶部的支架1、底部的支座5,支架1和支座5之间并置两个减震器;减震器包括与支架1连接的上锥壳2、与支座5连接的下锥壳4,上锥壳2和下锥壳4互相叠置,且接触面上设有橡胶减震块3。其中支架1与上锥壳2、支座5与下锥壳4的具体连接方式为:下锥壳4底部与支座5固定为一体,且底部设有凹状缺口,缺口内设有限位挡块7,限位挡块7连接螺栓6一端,且螺栓6另一端依次贯穿下锥壳4、上锥壳2后固定于支架1底部。螺栓6可起到定位作用,降低横向振动。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式发动机变速箱减震支架,其特征在于:所述的减震器为并置的多个,所述的减震垫为橡胶减震块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式发动机变速箱减震支架,其特征在于:所述的下锥壳底部与支座固定,且底部设有凹状缺口,缺口内设有限位挡块,限位挡块连接螺栓一端,且螺栓另一端依次贯穿下锥壳、上锥壳后固定于支架底部。
