Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种产生亚声频、声频或超声频的机械振动的设备。本实用新型所述的一种相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,包括密封的橡胶囊,橡胶囊中有若干个沿圆周设置的阵元,每个阵元之间设有声电隔离器。本实用新型通过控制相控圆弧阵不同阵元的激励信号延迟时间可以使圆弧阵声波辐射器辐射的声波能量基本向某一个方位方向传播。随着阵元个数的增加,相控圆弧阵的指向性增强。但在实际应用中会变得更加困难。因此,在保证相控圆弧阵辐射指向性满足声波测井要求的前提下要使阵元个数尽可能少。与单极子、偶极子和四极子等声波测井声源相比,在井下采用相控圆弧阵声波辐射器可以真正实现方位声波测井。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种产生亚声频、声频或超声频的机械振动的设备。 
背景技术
声波换能器技术(传感器技术)是声波测井的核心技术,也是制约我国声波测井技术发展的瓶。目前声波测井现场测量中实际使用的单极子源、偶极子源和四极子源均是相互独立的单个换能器,在制作声波测井仪器时必须使具有不同功能的声波辐射器布置在仪器的不同位置,而且其辐射的声场无法满足方位声波测井的要求。斯伦贝谢公司的偶极横波成像仪(DSI)即把1个单极子发射换能器和2个偶极子发射换能器安装在仪器的3个不同位置,其他同际著名石油服务公司开发的多极子声波测井仪器也采用了类似结构。尽管利用这种结构的仪器可以进行多极子声波测井,但是这种结构导致仪器长度变大、测量的目的层不重合。并给采集波形的处理尤其是正交偶极子波形处理带来一系列困难和苛刻要求。采用这种声源的声波测井技术和反射声波成像测井技术没有周向分辨能力,在测量结果中无法说明井旁地质结构的方位信息,即是1个二维成像问题。斯伦贝谢公司的井旁反射声波成像仪(BARS)利用了轴对称的发射和接收声波探头,测量结果没有周向分辨能力,即只能进行二维反射声波成像。声波测井技术的进步依赖于井下声波换能器的发展。Yu G等人提出的轨道振动器(Orbit-al Vibrator Source)具有周向扫描辐射声波的能力,但是过低的工作频率范围(50~400 Hz)导致其周向分辨能力有限,不适宜高分辨率的方位反射声波成像测井。乔文孝等人在声波测井相控线阵方面开展了大量的基础研究工作,指出在声波测井中应用相控线阵可以提高测量信号的信噪比,有助于增大探测深度、提高测量分辨率,但相控线阵的辐射声场也同样具有轴对称性。本文介绍了一种可用于声波测井的相控圆弧阵声波辐射器rl州1]的结构和工作原理。 
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种可应用于声波测井的、具有周向辐射特性的相控圆弧阵声波辐射器。 
本实用新型所述的一种相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,包括密封的橡胶囊,橡胶囊中有若干个沿圆周设置的阵元,每个阵元之间设有声电隔离器。 
优选地,阵元是28个。 
更优选地,阵元沿半径为28mm的圆周设置。 
本实用新型通过控制相控圆弧阵不同阵元的激励信号延迟时间可以使圆弧阵声波辐射器辐射的声波能量基本向某一个方位方向传播。随着阵元个数的增加,相控圆弧阵的指向性增强。但在实际应用中会变得更加困难。因此,在保证相控圆弧阵辐射指向性满足声波测井要求的前提下要使阵元个数尽可能少。与单极子、偶极子和四极子等声波测井声源相比,在井下采用相控圆弧阵声波辐射器可以真正实现方位声波测井。方位声波测井在非均质地层评价、定向射孔、定向钻井等石油工程中有良好的应用前景。

实施例一。 
本实用新型所述的一种相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,包括密封的橡胶囊,橡胶囊中有28个沿着半径为28mm的圆周设置的阵元,每个阵元之间设有声电隔离器。橡胶囊里充满了硅油。其中每个阵元是1个压电振子。 
本实施例的相控圆弧阵声波辐射器工作时,通过对其1段圆弧上的N个阵元进行相位延迟激励可以使其向某一个方位方向辐射声波。以图2所示的标号为3~11的圆弧上的9个阵元工作为例,若以7号阵元为中心,从两侧对称地向7号阵元依次施加某一延迟时间的激励信号,则可以形成一个如图2所示的以7号阵元为中心的9阵元等效相控线阵,其各个阵元沿着与Y轴平行的直线AB。具体来说,若各个阵元的波阵面传播到直线AB的时间分别为τ1~τ4,最先激励3号和11号阵元,并标记此时刻为0时刻;到(τ4~τ3)时刻时,激励4号和10号阵元;到(τ4~τ2)时刻时,激励5号和9号阵元;到(τ4~τ1)时刻时,激励6号和8号阵元;最后,到τ4时刻时激励7号阵元。这样,4时刻时圆弧阵各个工作阵元的波阵面便同时与直线AB相切。若在某一时刻选择3~11号阵元工作并形成以7号阵元为中心的辐射声束,而在下一时刻选择2~10号阵元工作形成以6号阵元为中心的辐射声束,依次循环选择不同的阵元工作,就可以分别在圆周方向的不同方位上形成辐射声束,从而可以实现周向扫描围徽。

1.一种相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,其特征在于包括密封的橡胶囊,橡胶囊中有若干个沿圆周设置的阵元,每个阵元之间设有声电隔离器。
2.如权利要求1所述的相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,其特征在于阵元是28个。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的相控圆弧阵声波辐射器,其特征在于阵元沿半径为28mm的圆周设置。
