本实用新型是一种板栗脱壳装置。由带进料口和出料口的螺旋脱壳机及带除渣口的偏心轴振动筛组成，偏心轴振动筛置于螺旋脱壳机的下面。所述的螺旋脱壳机的螺旋杆的螺距为不等距螺距，从进料口处至出料口，螺旋杆的螺距由大到小，两螺距间螺距缩短1～2厘米。本实用新型的板栗脱壳装置能将收获的板栗脱毛壳、分离毛壳一次性完成，无需人工分离，大大提高工作效率，降低生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种板栗脱壳装置。
背景技术
板栗是一种人们喜爱的坚果类食物，其生长成熟后在板栗最外层有一层毛壳，收获后需将此毛壳脱去才能上市出售。现有的板栗脱毛壳的方法是用玉米脱粒机代替来脱毛壳，机器中将毛壳搓下，然后通过人工来分离毛壳渣和板栗，费工费时，人工费用高，还会损伤板栗，损伤过后板栗容易在短时间内变坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种板栗脱壳装置，能通过该装置将脱毛壳、分离毛壳一次性完成，无需人工分离，大大提高工作效率，降低生产成本。
本实用新型的技术方案为：板栗脱壳装置由带进料口和出料口的螺旋脱壳机及带除渣口偏心轴振动筛组成，偏心轴振动筛置于螺旋脱壳机出料口的下面。
所述的螺旋脱壳机的螺旋杆的螺距为不等距螺距，从进料口处至出料口，螺旋杆的螺距由大到小，两螺距间螺距缩短1～2厘米。
螺旋脱壳机带电机驱动装置，偏心轴振动筛也自带有驱动装置。
本实用新型的板栗脱壳装置能将收获的板栗脱毛壳、分离毛壳一次性完成，无需人工分离，大大提高工作效率，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的板栗脱壳装置由带进料口2和出料口4的螺旋脱壳机3及带除渣口的偏心轴振动筛5组成，偏心轴振动筛5置于螺旋脱壳机3的下面。螺旋脱壳机带电机1的驱动装置，偏心轴振动筛5也自带有驱动装置。所述的螺旋脱壳机3的螺旋杆的螺距为不等距螺距，从进料口处至出料口，螺旋杆的螺距由大到小，两螺距间螺距缩短1～2厘米。在偏心轴振动筛下面可设置鼓风机7，将一些细小的渣壳吹走。

1.一种板栗脱壳装置，其特征在于由带进料口和出料口的螺旋脱壳机及带除渣口的偏心轴振动筛组成，偏心轴振动筛置于螺旋脱壳机的下面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板栗脱壳装置，其特征在于所述的螺旋脱壳机的螺旋杆的螺距为不等距螺距，从进料口处至出料口，螺旋杆的螺距由大到小，两螺距间螺距缩短1～2厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的板栗脱壳装置，其特征在于在偏心轴振动筛下面设置鼓风机。
