本实用新型的带有偏极耳的电动车铅酸蓄电池结构,电池盒内设有横竖交错的隔板,隔板将电池盒均分成六个电池室,电池室内设有极群,极群与极群之间串联连接,每个极群均包括两个极板,两个极板分别设置于电池室的两侧靠边,串联的两个电池室中,隔板两侧的两个极板的一端分别对应设有极耳,极耳为圆锥体,直接设置于极板上,与极板为一体化成型,两个极耳通过焊接实现相邻两个极群的串联导通。本实用新型结构简单,用与极板一体化成型的极耳扣替代了以往人工焊接的过桥,且极耳直接设置于极板上,省去了以往的连接块,从而大大的节省了铅的用量,省去了人工焊接过桥的工序,提高生产效率,降低企业成本。
