    本实用新型属于向各种起重设备馈电的刚体滑线铜杆。
背景技术
    目前,刚体滑线铜杆一般为燕尾槽形状或者工字钢形状。但是当超过2000A的输电滑触线用上述方法构造时,现有的结构难以保证散热效果,对于大电流通过的刚体滑线铜杆,需要刚体滑线铜杆具有更大的截面积,大电流通过刚体滑线时,由于刚体滑线铜杆的表面积较小,大电流通过刚体滑线铜杆散热较慢,由此刚体滑线铜杆的温度上升,导致刚体滑线铜杆的电阻增大,耗能增大,并且刚体滑线铜杆使用金属也较多,成本比较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的刚体滑线铜杆使用金属较多,散热性能差的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型刚体滑线铜杆,该新型刚体滑线铜杆不仅散热性能好,适合大电流应用场合,而且使用金属较少,成本低。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:新型刚体滑线铜杆的铜杆主体上部设有环形凹槽形成“工”字形结构,铜杆主体下部设有燕尾槽结构。
上述方案的一种优化方案为:所述的铜杆主体上的面与面之间由光滑的弧形曲面相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于新型刚体滑线铜杆的上部为“工”字形结构,下部为燕尾槽结构,增大了单位长度上的表面积,增强了散热效果,提高载流量,减轻单位长度重量,减轻工人现场安装的劳动强度。
