本发明目的在于解决现有技术的不足，提供一种缓冲式行程调节装置，从而有效解决现有技术难以精确控制行程，气缸实用寿命低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种缓冲式气缸行程调节装置，包括调节套和螺母，其特征在于，活塞杆的一端设有螺纹，调节套的内圆一端为螺纹孔，另一端为光孔，调节套通过旋转咬合螺纹固定在活塞杆上，调节套光孔的一端设有缓冲垫片，缓冲垫片和调节套的结合方式可为粘合，也可通过螺丝固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，能方便精确地调整汽缸的行程，延长了气缸的使用寿命。

如图1所示，一种缓冲式气缸行程调节装置，包括调节套4和螺母2，其特征在于，活塞杆1的一端设有螺纹，调节套4的内圆一端为螺纹孔，另一端为光孔，调节套4通过旋转咬合螺纹固定在活塞杆1上，调节套4光孔的一端设有缓冲垫片3，缓冲垫片3和调节套4的结合方式可为粘合，也可通过螺丝固定。
旋转调节套4至合适的位置，旋紧螺母2，实现准确定位。
