Abstract
本实用新型属于医疗器械，公开了一种心内科用穿刺针，其包括穿刺针管及注射器连接座；其特征在于：穿刺针管内中前部位置设有一柱塞，柱塞前端圆滑，柱塞上设有由侧壁通向尾端的通液孔。穿入心包后，推动注射器驱使柱塞向前移动，当柱塞侧壁上的通液孔暴露在穿刺针管外时，即可实施积液抽取或药物注射。其结构简单，操作方便，穿刺安全，可防止对心肌造成损伤。

背景技术
临床上，对心包液患者的治疗，多采用穿刺抽取的方法。目前，一般采用传统的针头进行穿刺，由于针头前端较为尖锐，而穿入心包后，由于心脏一直跳动，针尖很容易刺伤心肌，甚至引起心脏骤停，存在很大的安全隐患。有些方案采用套管式穿刺针，但这种穿刺针操作较为麻烦，很容易使空气进入心包内，在穿刺效果上也很不理想。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，穿刺安全，操作方便的心内科用穿刺针。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种心内科用穿刺针，包括穿刺针管，穿刺针管前端设有斜面尖端，后端设有注射器连接座；其特征在于：穿刺针管内中前部位置设有一柱塞，柱塞前端圆滑，柱塞上设有由侧壁通向尾端的通液孔。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：穿刺前将其与注射器连接，注射器内保留一定的药液或生理盐水，穿入心包后，推动注射器驱使柱塞向前移动，当柱塞侧壁上的通液孔暴露在穿刺针管外时，即可实施积液抽取或药物注射，柱塞前端圆滑可防止对心肌造成损伤。其结构简单，操作方便，穿刺安全，具有显著的实用性。
