Abstract
本实用新型公开一种三相电相序和缺相检测电路，该检测电路包括有三组二极管、三组电阻、三组光耦及一微处理器；所述的三组电阻分别与三组光耦串联，三组二极管分别与三组光耦的发光二极管端反向并联，三组光耦的输出端连接到微处理器。本实用新型检测电路是通过微处理器对光耦的输出波形分析，完成三相电相序和缺相的检测。电路结构简单，制造方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种检测电路，尤其是指一种三相电的相序及缺相检测电路。
背景技术
采用三相电供电的设备正常需要保证三相电的相序正确与完整。而在实际生产应用中会出现很多种情况导致三相电相序不正确与不完整。比如安装的时候工人用的是临时三相电，等到正式投入运行的时候有可能是不正确的相序，这时候便需要人工进行检测及调整接线；又如设备投入运行一段时间后，某一条相线可能因为接触不良导致开路，这时候如果设备继续运行很容易导致设备的损毁。利用人工来检测这些情况并且调整接线或则采用现有的复杂的检测设备，成本高，不宜大面积推广使用。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种电路结构简单稳定的一种三相电相序和缺相检测电路。该检测电路能实现三相电的相序和缺相的自检，电路结构简单，制造方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案为：
一种三相电相序和缺相检测电路，该检测电路包括有三组二极管、三组电阻、三组光耦及一微处理器；所述的三组电阻分别与三组光耦串联，三组二极管分别与三组光耦的发光二极管端反向并联，三组光耦的输出端连接到微处理器。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于：
本实用新型检测电路是通过微处理器对光耦的输出波形分析，完成三相电相序和缺相的检测。电路结构简单，制造方便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1所示的一种三相电相序和缺相检测电路，该检测电路包括有三组二极管2、三组电阻1、三组光耦3及一微处理器4；所述的三组电阻1分别与三组光耦3串联，三组二极管2分别与三组光耦3的发光二极管端反向并联，三组光耦3的输出端连接到微处理器4。
本实用新型检测电路是通过微处理器4对光耦3的输出波形分析，完成三相电相序和缺相的检测。三相电的相线有120°相位差，通过此检测电路可以在光耦的输出端检测到3组一连串的有规律的波形，且3组波形之间有一定的相位差。当电路元件故障、三相电的相序相反、三相电缺相时，光耦输出端的波形相应就会出现持续的高电平或低电平信号、三组波形之间的相位差变化、持续的高电平信号。通过检测到的这些波形变化，即可判断当电源的相序、断相情况。电路结构简单，制造方便。

1.一种三相电相序和缺相检测电路，其特征在于：该检测电路包括有三组二极管(2)、三组电阻(1)、三组光耦(3)及一微处理器(4)；所述的三组电阻(1)分别与三组光耦(3)串联，三组二极管（2）分别与三组光耦（3）的发光二极管端反向并联，三组光耦（3）的输出端连接到微处理器（4）。
