本实用新型涉及一种模具，尤其涉及一种带分水器的模具。
背景技术
在用模具制造产品时，当产品体积很大的时候，模板上的水路必须需要很多，才可以保证模具快速冷却，以到达提高注塑生产的效率，但是由于水路过多，接水管也很多，生产中，水管经常被带进模具内，把水管压坏，水进入模仁内部，长时间如此，模仁会生锈。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足，提供了一种可有效的保护水管，使其在生产过程中不被损伤，同时也能防止模仁生锈的带分水器的模具。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种带分水器的模具，包括模板、设置在模板上的模仁和设置在模仁周围的若干水管，所述模板上还设有若干分水器，所述分水器与水管连通。
优选地，所述分水器通过螺钉固定在模板上。
优选地，所述分水器的数量为2个。
本实用新型在模板上设置于水管连通的分水器，使其可有效的保护水管，防止水管在生产过程中被损伤，同时也能防止模仁生锈，延长水管和模仁的使用寿命，而且结构简单、加工容易，安装与拆卸方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明，但并不是对本实用新型保护范围的限制。
如图1所示，一种带分水器的模具，包括模板1、设置在模板1上的模仁5和设置在模仁5周围的若干水管2，模板1上还设有2个分水器3，分水器3与水管2连通。分水器3通过螺钉4固定在模板1上。
本实用新型在模板上设置于水管连通的分水器，使其可有效的保护水管，防止水管在生产过程中被损伤，同时也能防止模仁生锈，延长水管和模仁的使用寿命，而且结构简单、加工容易，安装与拆卸方便。
本实用新型在生产过程中，多跟水管通过分水器连接而被梳理，水路简单明了，不容易被模具压坏，其可有效的保护水管，防止水管在生产过程中被损伤，同时也能防止模仁生锈，延长水管和模仁的使用寿命。

1.一种带分水器的模具，包括模板、设置在模板上的模仁和设置在模仁周围的若干水管，其特征在于：所述模板上还设有若干分水器，所述分水器与水管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带分水器的模具，其特征在于：所述分水器通过螺钉固定在模板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带分水器的模具，其特征在于：所述分水器的数量为2个。
