背景技术
发动机是一种动力发生装置,其作用是将其他形式的能转化为机械能。发动机中常用到凸轮轴来传递运动状态,凸轮轴上设置有进行时间尺度定位并改变运动方向的正时惰齿轮。现有技术正时惰齿轮重量较重,且与凸轮轴结合不紧密,易出现凸轮轴空转的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种发动机正时惰齿轮,以解决现有技术发动机正时惰齿轮重量较重,与凸轮轴结合不紧密的问题。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为: 
发动机正时惰齿轮,包括带中心通孔的轮盘,轮盘盘缘上设置有轮齿,其特征在于:轮盘前、后盘面分别开有减重槽,前、后盘面减重槽之间的轮盘上开有环绕中心通孔的减重通孔,位于轮盘中心通孔内壁设置有与中心通孔内壁胶接为一体的橡胶套,橡胶套内壁设置有多个凸点。 
所述的发动机正时惰齿轮,其特征在于:前、后减重槽中设置有凸台,所述中心通孔贯穿轮盘前、后盘面的凸台。 
本实用新型通过减重槽、减重通孔可降低轮盘的重量,提高凸轮轴转动稳定性,同时利用中心通孔内壁橡胶套上的凸点使轮盘与凸轮轴结合紧密,避免了凸轮轴出现空转的现象。

如图1所示。发动机正时惰齿轮,包括带中心通孔2的轮盘1,轮盘1盘缘上设置有轮齿3,轮盘1前、后盘面分别开有减重槽4、5,前、后盘面减重槽4、5之间的轮盘1上开有环绕中心通孔的减重通孔6,位于轮盘1中心通孔2内壁设置有与中心通孔2内壁胶接为一体的橡胶套7,橡胶套7内壁设置有多个凸点8。前、后减重槽4、5中设置有凸台9、10,中心通孔2贯穿轮盘前、后盘面的 凸台9、10。

1.发动机正时惰齿轮,包括带中心通孔的轮盘,轮盘盘缘上设置有轮齿,其特征在于:轮盘前、后盘面分别开有减重槽,前、后盘面减重槽之间的轮盘上开有环绕中心通孔的减重通孔,位于轮盘中心通孔内壁设置有与中心通孔内壁胶接为一体的橡胶套,橡胶套内壁设置有多个凸点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机正时惰齿轮,其特征在于:前、后减重槽中设置有凸台,所述中心通孔贯穿轮盘前、后盘面的凸台。
