技术领域
本实用新型涉及自行车部件安装工具，主要用于免充气轮胎手动安装工具。 
背景技术
目前手动安装免充气轮胎，多用手转动撬棍将轮胎安装于轮毂上，这种安装方法费时、费力，并且很容易对轮胎造成损坏，因此，这种安装方式不但影响轮胎的安装效率，还将增加轮胎的安装风险。 
实用新型内容
为了解决现有手动安装自行车免充气轮胎上述安装方法的不足之处，本实用新型提供了一种手动安装免充气轮胎的安装工具。 
免充气轮胎手动安装工具，包括有带把手的螺杆，螺杆上设置有相对运动位移的固定盘和移动盘，所述的固定盘安装在螺杆上，移动盘位于在螺杆的底端，固定盘和移动盘上设置有多个手抓，该多个手抓以螺杆为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布在固定盘和移动盘上，手抓一端活动安装在固定盘的边沿上，另一端位于在移动盘的边沿上。 
上述的多个手抓位于移动盘的一端外侧均设置有一平面或弧形面，该平面或弧形面以螺杆为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布。 
上述的移动盘大于固定盘。 
上述的移动盘中心位置上设置有安装螺杆的活动轴承。 
上述的固定盘边沿上设置有多个固定凹槽，手抓的一端安装在固定凹槽上。 
上述的移动盘的侧面设置成一圆弧面。 
本实用新型的有益效果 
本工具安装免充气轮胎，既省力、又方便，有效的避免手动安装轮胎造成轮胎的损坏，能又好又快地将免充气轮胎安装在自行车轮毂上，大大的提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
实施例一 
如图1至图4所示的免充气轮胎手动安装工具包括有带把手1的螺杆2，螺杆2上设置有相对运动位移的固定盘3和移动盘4，该移动盘4大于固定盘3，移动盘4位于安装在螺杆2的底端中心位置；固定盘3安装在螺杆2上，该安装通过固定盘3的中心位置设置有与螺杆2螺纹配合的螺纹孔5进行配合安装。固定盘3和移动盘4上设置有多个手抓6，该多个手抓6以螺杆2为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布在固定盘3和移动盘4上。该手抓6为沿固定盘和移动盘4中心轴并以固定盘3为固定点呈伞状内外摆动的活动杆，该多个手抓6位于移动盘4的一底端外侧均设置有一平面7，该平面7以螺杆2为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布，具体的手抓6安装方式可在所述的固定盘3的边沿上平均设置多个凹槽8，手抓6一端活动安装在凹槽8上，另一端位于在移动盘4的边沿上，放置于移动盘4的边沿。 
本实用新型使用时，利用把手1旋转螺杆2在固定盘3上上下移动带动移动盘4上下位移，当上移动时，带动移动盘4上升控制多个手抓6外张撑开，以至手抓6的平面7略与轮胎内径相贴紧，将免充气轮胎撑开套上自行车的轮毂上，当下移动时，手抓6收缩从自行车的轮毂上分离出来，实现了免充气轮胎的整个安装过程。 
实施例二 
如图5至图8所示的免充气轮胎手动安装工具，手抓6的一端安装在固定盘3的固定凹槽8上，另一端放置在移动盘4的边沿上，手抓6位于移动盘4的一端外侧均设置有一弧形面71。该弧形面71以螺杆2为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布，为了使螺杆扭动更加轻便，降低移动盘4与手抓6的摩擦，移动盘4中心位置上设置有安装螺杆2的活动轴承9和在移动盘4的侧面设置成一圆弧面41。所述的活动轴承9可设置上下相向的锥形轴承901、902(如图6所示)。其余同实施例一。 
本实用新型使用时，手抓6的一端在移动盘4的边沿上，由移动盘4在螺杆2和固定盘3的作用下上下运动，驱动手抓6向外展开或向内收缩，由于移动盘4中心位置上设置有安装螺杆2的活动轴承9，使移动盘4在螺杆2的扭动下上下移动时移动盘4不会旋转，而移动盘4的侧面设置成圆弧面41，使螺杆2带动移动盘4上下移动时更加省力。

1.免充气轮胎手动安装工具，其特征是：包括有带把手(1)的螺杆(2)，螺杆(2)上设置有相对运动位移的固定盘(3)和移动盘(4)，所述的固定盘(3)安装在螺杆(2)上，移动盘(4)位于在螺杆(2)的底端，固定盘(3)和移动盘(4)上设置有多个手抓(6)，该多个手抓(6)以螺杆(2)为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布在固定盘(3)和移动盘(4)上，手抓(6)一端活动安装在固定盘(3)的边沿上，另一端位于在移动盘(4)的边沿上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎手动安装工具，其特征是：所述的多个手抓(6)位于移动盘(4)的一端外侧均设置有一平面(7)或弧形面(71)，该平面(7)或弧形面(71)以螺杆(2)为中心轴线成360°旋转平均分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎手动安装工具，其特征是：所述的移动盘(4)大于固定盘(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎手动安装工具，其特征是：所述的移动盘(4)中心位置上设置有安装螺杆(2)的活动轴承(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎手动安装工具，其特征是：所述的固定盘(3)边沿上设置有多个固定凹槽(8)，手抓(6)的一端安装在固定凹槽(8)上。
