背景技术
传统的一些轴类固定都是通过轴承座固定在机器上，当出现故障需要进行修理，拆卸起来比较麻烦，浪费的工时较多，对生产有一定的影响。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，设计了一种能够快速锁紧和解锁的锁紧装置，实现了轴类零件的快速安装，节约了时间，提高了效率。

一种锁紧装置，包括一个与其他机构连接的锁体，其特征在于：锁体上活动连接有可以转动的锁紧杆，所述的锁紧杆和锁体之间形成一个锁紧槽，锁体上还设置有解锁槽，所述的锁紧杆内部设置有一个通孔，通孔内设置有一个钢珠和弹簧，通孔的一端用螺钉密封。
综上所述，本实用新型设计了一种能快速锁紧和解锁的锁紧装置，克服了现有的轴类零件安装繁琐的缺陷，提高了安装效率，维修了易于拆卸，减少了对生产的影响，提高了维修效率。

如图1所示的一种锁紧装置，包括一个与其他机构连接的锁体1，锁体1上活动连接有可以转动的锁紧杆3，所述的锁紧杆3和锁体1之间形成一个锁紧槽6，轴类零件的端部安装在锁紧槽6内，锁体1上还设置有解锁槽2，需要解锁时，手动推动锁紧杆3向解锁槽滑动，当锁紧杆滑动解锁槽内即实现了解锁，所述的锁紧杆3内部设置有一个通孔5，通孔5内设置有一个钢珠和弹簧，通孔的一端用螺钉4密封，设置的钢珠压附的轴类零件上，使轴类零件和锁紧装置之间形成一个周向固定。
综上所述，本实用新型设计了一种能快速锁紧和解锁的锁紧装置，克服了现有的轴类零件安装繁琐的缺陷，提高了安装效率，维修了易于拆卸，减少了对生产的影响，提高了维修效率。
