本实用新型属于翻转装置领域，尤其是一种大型构件底部用翻转装置。
背景技术
大型构件660MN挤压/模锻压机是目前我国最大的预应力重型模锻压机，660MN压机体积：高25.7米、宽9.5米、厚8.3米，该660MN挤压/模锻压机的机架组装后的起吊重量4300吨。这样大体积、大重量的机架整体安装在国内尚属首例，在整个机架组装过程中需要将大型构件进行翻转侧立，大型构件的一侧搁置在滑移小车上，随着滑移小车水平移动旋转。为了避免在翻转过程中瞬变状态的出现，并从保护大型构件缠绕钢丝的角度出发，在大型构件搁置点需要设置辅助翻转装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大型构件底部用翻转装置，该翻转装置能够实现大型构件的翻转，安全可靠且结构简单、设计科学合理、制作简单、成本较低。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种大型构件底部用翻转装置，其翻转装置包括一具有弧形底面的平台，在该平台上面固装矩形卡块。
而且，在具有弧形底面的平台内设置有加强筋。

一种大型构件底部用翻转装置，其翻转装置包括一具有弧形底面的平台2，在该平台上面固装矩形卡块1。在具有弧形底面的平台内设置有加强筋3。
本实用新型在使用时如附图3所示，在对大型构件4进行翻转时，将本实用新型矩形卡块卡装在大型构件内，大型构件一端由起重设备吊起，另一端通过本实用新型支撑翻转达到大型构件侧立的目的。

1.一种大型构件底部用翻转装置，其特征在于：该翻转装置包括一具有弧形底面的平台，在该平台上面固装矩形卡块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型构件底部用翻转装置，其特征在于：在具有弧形底面的平台内设置有加强筋。
