背景技术
车削是机械加工中最常用的加工方法，通常刀具的刀片与刀杆是一体式或焊接式的，刀片经常容易损坏，一旦刀片损坏，整个刀具就报废了，生产成本高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种刀片与刀杆分离的车刀刀杆，降低生产成本。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
车刀刀杆，包括刀杆本体，刀杆本体前端设有用于固定安装刀片的螺纹孔。
所述刀杆本体为右式结构。
本实用新型中，刀片与刀杆由焊接式改为机加式，刀片可以随时拆卸更换使用，提高了刀杆的重复利用次数，降低了加工成本；改进右式结构可以加工内孔、外径、大凹槽、端面，加工使用比较方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，车刀刀杆，包括刀杆本体1，刀杆本体1前端设有用于固定安装刀片2的螺纹孔11，图2中虚线表示的是刀片2。刀杆本体1为右式结构。
本实用新型中，刀杆本体1为四方直柄，装夹稳定，使用防范广；刀片2采用PCD，CBN,，高速切削，提高加工效率，降低加工成本，提高产品的稳定性；刀片2中心带孔直接被螺钉压紧在刀杆本体1上，并且刀片采用标准刀片，保证了刀片的牢固性和刀片的可换性。
