W形槽加工装置，其特征在于，包括呈上、下排布的凸模和凹模，所述凸模设有两个相连的半圆形凸台，所述凸台表面具有数个冲头；所述凹模上设有呈W形状的弧形凹陷槽，所述凹陷槽内设有数个与冲头相配合的冲孔。
本实用新型W形槽加工装置，加工效率高，装配性能好，结构设计合理，使用寿命长。

凹模1上设有呈W形状的弧形（曲面）凹陷槽3，凹陷槽3内设有数个与冲头5相配合的冲孔2。
