旋耕机是与拖拉机配套完成耕、耙作业的耕耘机械。因其具有碎土能力强、耕后地表平坦等特点，而得到了广泛的应用。以旋转刀齿为工作部件的驱动型土壤耕作机械。又称旋转耕耘机。按其旋耕刀轴的配置方式分为横轴式和立轴式两类，以刀轴水平横置的横轴式旋耕机应用较多。分类有较强的碎土能力，一次作业即能使土壤细碎，土肥掺和均匀，地面平整，达到旱地播种或水田栽插的要求，有利于争取农时，提高工效，并能充分利用拖拉机的功率。但对残茬、杂草的覆盖能力较差,耕深较浅（旱耕12～16厘米；水耕14～18厘米）,能量消耗较大。主要用于水稻田和蔬菜地，也用于果园中耕。重型横轴式旋耕机的耕深可达20～25厘米，多用于开垦灌木地、沼泽地和草荒地。
而现在许多的旋耕机都是简易的，只能仅限于使用在普通的或者特定的地方使用，许多的土地、地形都需要特定的耕作装置，而许多的旋耕机上的比如传动装置等设备由于形状、工作原理等原因，可能会产生安装不牢固等原因，这样在工作的时候就会降低工作效率。

本实用新型的有益效果为：固定板为圆弧状，这样安装在固定箱内，将链条顶起，这样链条就被拉伸了，链条就更加紧固。本实用新型构合理、安装快捷、使用效果好。
