本实用新型涉及内螺纹束节接头，特别是涉及一种美制80系列铜内螺纹带钢圈束节接头，属于给水塑料管件领域。
背景技术
在给水管道中，内螺纹束节接头是一类最常用的连接管件，但现有普通的给水内螺纹束节接头，因其只是采用一种材质的塑料原料生产，单纯的塑料管件存在着强度较低，当安装螺纹接头的时候，如果用力过大就容易把螺纹连接处旋转裂开，所以安装时很容易报废掉这类普通的内螺纹束节接头，造成了原材料和加工费用的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种在塑料管件加工时，增设金属嵌件，提高产品强度，减少损失的美制80系列铜内螺纹带钢圈束节接头。
本实用新型铜内螺纹带钢圈束节接头的技术方案是：其特征在于包括注塑的接头主体，在接头主体的束节内壁有铜内螺纹嵌件，在外壁嵌有不锈钢圈，在铜内螺纹嵌件与接头主体之间设置橡胶O型圈。
本实用新型公开了一种铜内螺纹带钢圈束节接头，包括一系列的产品（有不同规格，如1/2”、3/4”、1”、1/2”×3/4”、 1”×3/4”等等），其产品结构包括注塑成型的pvc-u材质的接头主体、不锈钢圈、橡胶O型圈和铜内螺纹嵌件。加工时首先制好不锈钢圈、橡胶O型圈和铜内螺纹嵌件，将橡胶O型圈套在铜内螺纹嵌件外，再将不锈钢圈和带有橡胶O型圈的铜内螺纹嵌件设置在注塑模具中，作为注塑嵌件，最后用pvc-u材料注塑成接头管件。在给水束节接头中加入了铜件，这样即提高了螺纹强度，又提高了产品档次。同时在塑件主体外圈加上不锈钢圈，大大的增强了螺纹接口处的强度，安装时螺纹连接处不会裂开。为了增强塑件与铜嵌件的结合，在铜嵌件上安装了橡胶O型圈，解决了铜件与塑 件结合不紧密造成的漏水问题。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种铜内螺纹带钢圈束节接头，如图1所示，其特征在于包括注塑的接头主体1，在接头主体的束节内壁有铜内螺纹嵌件4，在外壁嵌有不锈钢圈2，在铜内螺纹嵌件4与接头主体1之间设置橡胶O型圈3。包括一系列的产品（有不同规格，如1/2”、3/4”、1”、1/2”×3/4”、 1”×3/4”等等），其产品结构包括注塑成型的pvc-u材质的接头主体1、不锈钢圈2、橡胶O型圈3和铜内螺纹嵌件4。加工时首先制好不锈钢圈2、橡胶O型圈3和铜内螺纹嵌件4，将橡胶O型圈3套在铜内螺纹嵌件4外，再将不锈钢圈2和带有橡胶O型圈3的铜内螺纹嵌件4设置在注塑模具中，作为注塑嵌件，最后用pvc-u材料注塑成接头管件。在给水束节接头中加入了铜件，这样即提高了螺纹强度，又提高了产品档次。同时在塑件主体外圈加上不锈钢圈2，大大的增强了螺纹接口处的强度，安装时螺纹连接处不会裂开。为了增强塑件与铜嵌件的结合，在铜嵌件上安装了橡胶O型圈3，解决了铜件与塑件结合不紧密造成的漏水问题。
