背景技术
剪切机广泛应用于金属加工行业，对各种形状的型钢及各种金属材料进行冷态剪断、压制翻边等，具有安全性能可靠、操作方便等特点；传统的剪切机压紧装置为液压压紧装置，压紧装置为柱塞油缸，回程利用油缸弹簧装置回程，因压料缸的外径大于Z型工件短边，无法对Z型工件进行压紧，且剪切精度不高。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种Z型工件剪切机压紧装置，结构简单，操作方便，可将Z型工件短边压紧，同时能提高剪切精度。 
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是： 
一种Z型工件剪切机压紧装置，由压料缸、弹簧、导柱、上座板、压脚、工件、刀刃、工作台、机床床身组成。其特征是：工作台与机床床身紧固在一起，上座板与压料缸固定在剪切机上，导柱上端与上座板紧固联接，压脚可在导柱中上下运动，上座板前后移动；剪切机中由多个Z型工件压紧装置组成可调节各自压脚与刀刃距离，可剪切很窄的Z型工件短边。 
本发明的优点是： 
本发明结构简单，操作方便。与传统剪切机压紧装置相比，本发明具有可将将Z型工件短边压紧，提高了产品剪切质量。

具体实施方式如下： 
(1)剪切前，压料缸1下行推动压脚5向下运动，压脚5压紧工件窄边； 
(2)剪切机对Z型工件进行剪切； 
(3)剪切完成后，弹簧2拉动压脚5并带动压料缸1回到原始位置。
