如图1、2所示，一种矩形骨架电子变压器，包括有骨架1和漆包线2，所述的骨架1两端为矩形中间设有线槽，骨架1下方设有金属针脚3，所述的漆包线2绕制在线槽上构成绕组4，所述的绕组4外侧固定有磁芯5，所述的绕组和磁芯之间套有黑盖，所述的绕组4、黑盖8和磁芯5外侧均包有绝缘胶带6。
所述的黑盖8和磁芯5之间是通过胶7固定在一起的。
