本实用新型涉及太阳能利用领域,特别是平板热水器。一种太阳能集热器,在盒体(1)内由下而上依次由保温层(2),吸热板(3)和换热管(4)及玻璃盖板(5)构成,这种集热器承压性能好,但保温层用泡沫的,产品太厚,且泡沫有老化现象;保温层用隔热板的产品太重,在墙上安装不方便。本技术的特点是在吸热板(3)的下表面增设太空隔热保温涂层(6)。这样,太阳能集热器就可以做得更轻,更薄,更保温,更方便在墙面上安装,更便于与建筑一体化。

本实用新型属太阳能应用技术领域,尤其太阳能平板热水器。 
背景技术
太阳能平板热水器的集热器,其构造是:在一个盒体(1)内,由下而上依次由保温层(2),吸热板(3)和换热管(4)及玻璃盖板(5)构成。这种管板式集热器,承压性能好,安全度高,安装在墙面上,能很好地与建筑一体化。其不足之处是保温层的问题,用发泡泡沫保温的产品太厚,在墙上的美观度差,边框高,多用料,且泡沫有老化现象;用隔热板保温的产品又太重,安装不方面。因此还需改进。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种保温效果好,体形薄,重量轻,安装方便,更易于与建筑一体化的太阳能集热器。 
其解决方案,是在一个盒体内,由下而上依次由保温层,吸热板和换热管及玻璃盖板构成,其特征在于:吸热板的上表面紧贴换热管;吸热板的下表面增设太空隔热保温涂层。 
太空隔热保温涂层所用的材料,是太空飞行器表面使用的一种隔热涂料,它的导热系数低,可达0.03w/m.k,只需0.3mm的涂层,就可抑制90%的红外辐射,隔热保温性能很好。增加这一薄薄的涂层,就能使太阳能平板热水器的集热器产品更保温,更轻,更薄,安装更方面,更便于与建筑一体化。既可节省费用又能增加效果。

具体实施方式
先按现有工艺把换热管(4)做好,再将换热管紧贴在吸热板(3)的上表面制成板芯,然后在吸热板(3)的下表面涂刷太空隔热保温涂料,以制作太空隔热保温涂层(6),待涂层干燥后,就可以将板芯置于盒体(1)内的保温层(2)的上面,然后在板芯上放置玻璃盖板(5),这用于太阳能平板热水器的太阳能集热器就做成了。增加了隔热涂层,原有的保温层就可以做得薄一些,这有助于减轻产品的厚度和重量。 
上面所述,将换热管(4)紧贴在吸热板(3)的上表面,紧贴的方式有两种。换热管为圆形的采用焊接工艺,现有产品都采用焊接工艺;换热管为半圆形或菱形的,采用粘结工艺。 
用胶把换热管(4)的一个平面粘结在吸热板(3)的上表面。平面与平面用胶粘结,比采用焊接方式更节能,传热效果更好。 
换热管(4)的一个平面用导热硅胶粘结在吸热板(3)的上表面。用导热硅胶粘结,管与板之间的传热效果更好,效率更高。

1.一种太阳能集热器,是在一个盒体(1)内,由下而上依次由保温层(2),吸热板(3)和换热管(4)及玻璃盖板(5)构成,其特征在于:吸热板(3)的上表面紧贴换热管(4);吸热板(3)的下表面增设太空隔热保温涂层(6)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热器,其特征在于:用胶把换热管(4)的一个平面粘结在吸热板(3)的上表面。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的集热器,其特征在于:换热管(4)的一个平面用导热硅胶粘结在吸热板(3)的上表面。
