技术领域:
本实用新型涉及热水器技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种利用电磁线圈加热的电热水器。 
背景技术:
目前市面上有一种利用电磁线圈加热的热水器,其不足之处是:见图1所示,它的内置式加热管只是在不锈钢管A1上成型有进水孔A2和出水孔A3,其与水的接触面积不够大,水从其外表面流过时阻力较小,所以加热的功效不够高。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种电磁加热式家用热水器,它在同样大小的电磁加热式热水器空间中提高了加热效率。 
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下: 
电磁加热式家用热水器,包括电磁线圈,电磁线圈通过聚氨酯粘接固定在箍圈的内壁上,箍圈箍紧在上绝缘外筒和下绝缘外筒上,上绝缘外筒上成型有进水嘴,下绝缘外筒上成型有出水嘴,不锈钢发热管的二端分别通接进水嘴和出水嘴,不锈钢发热管的二端壁上分别成型有进水孔和出水孔,不锈钢发热管上成型有沟槽。 
所述不锈钢发热管上成型有隔开沟槽的挡圈。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
它在同样大小的电磁加热式热水器空间中提高了加热效率。

实施例1:见图2、3所示,电磁加热式家用热水器,包括电磁线圈1,电磁线圈1通过聚氨酯粘接固定在箍圈2的内壁上,箍圈2箍紧在上绝缘外筒3和下绝缘外筒4上,上绝缘外筒3上成型有进水嘴31,下绝缘外筒4上成型有出水嘴41,不锈钢发热管5的二端分别通接进水嘴31和出水嘴41,不锈钢发热管5的二端壁上分别成型有进水孔51和出水孔52,不锈钢发热管5上成型有沟槽53。 
实施例2,见图4所示,所述不锈钢发热管5上成型有隔开沟槽53的挡圈54。其余同实施例1。 
工作原理:电磁线圈1让不锈钢发热管5发热,水从不锈钢发热管5的内壁和外壁流过与不锈钢发热管5进行换热,由于本实用新型增加了不锈钢发热管5与水的接触面积,所以它提高了加热效率,同 时由于挡圈54对水的阻滞作用,所以在同样大小的电磁加热式热水器空间中,它能提高加热效率。

1.电磁加热式家用热水器,包括电磁线圈(1),其特征在于:电磁线圈(1)通过聚氨酯粘接固定在箍圈(2)的内壁上,箍圈(2)箍紧在上绝缘外筒(3)和下绝缘外筒(4)上,上绝缘外筒(3)上成型有进水嘴(31),下绝缘外筒(4)上成型有出水嘴(41),不锈钢发热管(5)的二端分别通接进水嘴(31)和出水嘴(41),不锈钢发热管(5)的二端壁上分别成型有进水孔(51)和出水孔(52),不锈钢发热管(5)上成型有沟槽(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热式家用热水器,其特征在于:不锈钢发热管(5)上成型有隔开沟槽(53)的挡圈(54)。
