[0019] 请参阅图1至图4,本法兰包括金属管道4、配接于管道外周的纤维增强塑料法兰盘,所述金属管道4内壁设有螺纹,所述法兰盘包括第一内座I和第一外座2,所述第一外座2从所述第一内座I的一端部径向向外延伸,所述第一外座2外周设有多个安装凸耳3,所述安装凸耳3中间设有通孔。法兰结构和金属管道4结构可以有任何适当的形状,例如两者中的任一个或两个可以有圆形、椭圆形或矩形的界面形状,金属管道4可以是圆形结构。该法兰为了能够安装在工件上,在所述第一外座2的外周设置安装凸耳3,所述安装凸耳3的中间设有通孔,安装凸耳3可以为任意的尺寸。
[0020] 在某种改进的技术方案中,所述纤维增强塑料法兰盘为耐腐蚀的树脂材料,所述耐腐蚀的树脂材料包括乙烯酯基材料。所述的树脂材料可以是半透明的或透明的,以允许人们能够看见形成的管状结构的内部,除树脂材料外,还包括纤维材料,例如,纤维材料可以是玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维织物、纺织的粗纱、纺布、缠绕的丝线,或用有机的细纱作为玻璃纤维的里外层,以便达到所需要的壁厚,对于某些应用,可以用石墨或碳纤维设置陶瓷纤维充实上面列举的纤维材料,以提高强度和耐火性。
[0021] 为了使所述的金属管道4与法兰盘能很好的粘结,所述的法兰盘通过环氧粘结剂配接于金属管道4外侧。粘结剂的选择方式有很多,在本技术方案中,仅以此种材料为例给予说明,在其他实施例中,可以使用其他的附属配件。
[0022] 所述第一外座2的端面设有阶梯环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽以金属管道4为中心呈同心圆分布,该阶梯环形凹槽能够根据实际需要设置不同的阶的阶梯,在本技术方案中,由于所述法兰端面的面积限制,因此设置二级阶梯槽为比较理想的设置方案,其所形成的平面相互平行且等间隔分布,所述环形阶梯槽靠近金属管道4的槽深大于外侧凹槽的槽深。通过设置凹槽,使所述的金属管道4外周与法兰盘之间、法兰盘的工作面之间粘结牢固程度大大增加,从而使法兰的整体密封性能得到提高,使其能适应高工作压力下使用。

1. 一种法兰,其特征在于:包括金属管道、配接于管道外周的纤维增强塑料法兰盘,所述金属管道内壁设有螺纹,所述法兰盘包括第一内座和第一外座,所述第一外座从所述第一内座的一端部径向向外延伸,所述第一外座外周设有多个安装凸耳,所述安装凸耳中间设有通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的法兰,其特征在于:所述纤维增强塑料法兰盘为耐腐蚀的树脂材料,所述耐腐蚀的树脂材料包括乙烯酯基材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的法兰,其特征在于:所述的法兰盘通过环氧粘结剂配接于金属管道外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的法兰,其特征在于:所述第一外座的端面设有阶梯环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽以金属管道为中心呈同心圆分布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的法兰,其特征在于:所述阶梯环形凹槽为二级阶梯槽,其所形成的平面相互平行且等间隔分布。
