幕墙是建筑物的外墙护围,不承重,像幕布一样挂上去,故又称为悬挂墙,是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体,现有与幕墙配合使用的光伏遮阳板板具有遮阳作用,但现有的光伏遮阳板存在转动不便和不易操作的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种幕墙光伏遮阳板,克服了上述现有技术之不足,其能解决现有光伏遮阳板存在转动不便和不易操作的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的:一种幕墙光伏遮阳板,包括框架、光伏遮阳板、推杆电机、光传感器和单片机;在框架内自上而下间隔铰接安装有至少一个的能转动的光伏遮阳板,推杆电机的推杆与每个光伏遮阳板分别安装在一起,在框架上固定安装有光传感器,光传感器的信号输出端通道导线与单片机的信号输入端电连接在一起,单片机的信号输出端通过导线与推杆电机控制开关的信号输入端电连接在一起,在光伏遮阳板上固定安装有光伏薄膜电池,光伏薄膜电池的电能输出端通过导线与蓄电池的电能输入端电连接在一起,蓄电池的电能输出端与推杆电机的电能输入端通过导线电连接在一起。 
本实用新型结构合理,使用方便,通过光伏薄膜电池给推杆电机电机给电,通过光传感器实时控制光伏遮阳板这样,因此不仅方便操作,还提高了工作效率。

如图1所示,一种幕墙光伏遮阳板,包括框架1、光伏遮阳板2、推杆电机3、光传感器和单片机;在框架1内自上而下间隔铰接安装有至少一个的能转动的光伏遮阳板2,推杆电机3的推杆4与每个光伏遮阳板2分别安装在一起,在框架1上固定安装有光传感器,光传感器的信号输出端通道导线与单片机的信号输入端电连接在一起,单片机的信号输出端通过导线与推杆电机控制开关的信号输入端电连接在一起,在光伏遮阳板2上固定安装有光伏薄膜电池,光伏薄膜电池的电能输出端通过导线与蓄电池的电能输入端电连接在一起,蓄电池的电能输出端与推杆电机3的电能输入端通过导线电连接在一起。使用时,当阳光强度过大时,光传感器发出信号给单片机,单片机控制推杆电机3启动,推杆电机3的推杆4向上运动带动光伏遮阳板2转动,从而挡住阳光照射玻璃幕墙,此时,位于光伏遮阳板2上的光伏薄膜电池在阳光的照射下产生直流电并给蓄电池充电,从而能给推杆电机3充当电源。

1.一种幕墙光伏遮阳板,其特征在于:包括框架(1)、光伏遮阳板(2)、推杆电机(3)、光传感器和单片机;在框架(1)内自上而下间隔铰接安装有至少一个的能转动的光伏遮阳板(2),推杆电机(3)的推杆(4)与每个光伏遮阳板(2)分别安装在一起,在框架(1)上固定安装有光传感器,光传感器的信号输出端通道导线与单片机的信号输入端电连接在一起,单片机的信号输出端通过导线与推杆电机控制开关的信号输入端电连接在一起,在光伏遮阳板(2)上固定安装有光伏薄膜电池,光伏薄膜电池的电能输出端通过导线与蓄电池的电能输入端电连接在一起,蓄电池的电能输出端与推杆电机(3)的电能输入端通过导线电连接在一起。
