Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种分体式组合钢结构，它包括位于前给料机的高钢架平台，颚破的低平台钢架，高钢架平台和低平台钢架安装在各自的混凝土柱上，在设计两个平台单独设计，设计更加灵活，刚度根据需要单独满足各自的需要，在运输安装方面，由于钢架平台分体，减少了运输成本及缩短安装周期，制作更简化。所述的高钢架平台与低平台钢架是各自独立的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种颚破和给料机的组合钢结构，尤其是适应在钢结构的组合使用方面。
背景技术
众所周知颚破和给料机的破碎线必不可少的组合，应用相当广泛，提高其安装效率，减少钢材的使用量同时还要保证整体结构的刚度要求，如图1所示，钢架平台(1)支撑在钢筋混凝土立柱(2)上，并用地脚螺栓固定，钢架平台(1)是一个通长的大平台，其上固定着给料机和颚破等设备，由于平台长度较大，造成装箱非常困难，同时在工作时颚破的振动也会传递给前面的给料机，加剧钢架的不稳定性，针对现有钢架平台存在的技术缺陷，本方案提出一种有效地解决方法。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种分体式组合钢结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的一种分体式组合钢结构，它包括位于前给料机的高钢架平台，颚破的低平台钢架，高钢架平台和低平台钢架安装在各自的混凝土柱上，在设计两个平台单独设计，设计更加灵活，刚度根据需要单独满足各自的需要，在运输安装方面，由于钢架平台分体，减少了运输成本及缩短安装周期，制作更简化。
所述的高钢架平台与低平台钢架是各自独立的。
本实用新型的积极进步效果是，本实用新型分体式组合钢结构，有效保证设备的安装，简化了制作及安装过程。
