输送机历史较为悠久，中国古代的高转筒车和提水的翻车，是现代斗式提升机和刮板输送机的雏形。输送机是在一定的线路上连续输送物料的物料搬运机械，又称连续输送机。输送机可进行水平、倾斜输送，也可组成空间输送线路，输送线路一股是固定的。输送机输送能力大，运距长，还可在输送过程中同时完成若干工艺操作，所以应用十分广泛。现有的输送机大都为带式输送，即通过将物料放置于输送带上，由电机转动带动输送带运动，将物料输送至相应的高度或指定位置。但是这种输送机的拍打清扫器结构较为复杂，安装较为不易，输送效率较低，输送成本较高。

本实用新型的皮带输送机拍打清扫器，包括支架，所述的支架上设有电机，电机的输出轴连接第一皮带轮，第一皮带轮通过皮带连接第二皮带轮，第二皮带轮连接拍打轴，拍打轴连接有对称设置的两根拍打辊。
作为优选，所述的皮带为三角带。
因此，本实用新型的输送机的拍打清扫器结构较为简单，安装较为容易，输送效率较高，输送成本较低。

实施例：本例的皮带输送机拍打清扫器，如图1、图2，包括支架1，支架上设有电机2，电机的输出轴连接第一皮带轮3，第一皮带轮通过皮带4连接第二皮带轮5，第二皮带轮连接拍打轴6，拍打轴连接有对称设置的两根拍打辊7。皮带为三角带。

2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带输送机拍打清扫器，其特征在于所述的皮带(4)为三角带。
