背景技术
在变压器生产检验过程中，经常需要测量带有弧度的各种规格尺寸的绝缘件，目前没有专用的测量工具，大多采用盒尺进行测量，非常费力耗时费力，且检验效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种绝缘件弧度测量专用工具，从而方便测量带有弧度的各种规格尺寸的绝缘件。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种绝缘件弧度测量专用工具，包括有一张样板，所述样板上通过盒尺刻有有常用规格尺寸的弧形槽，所述弧形槽处标注有相应尺寸。
所述样板的规格为1000㎜×500㎜×2㎜。
所述样板为纸板、木板或塑料板。
样板平整、光滑、干净、轻巧且易携带，测量时将所要测量物件的弧度置于样板相应尺寸的弧形槽上。
本实用新型的优点是：
能测量各种尺寸的角环弧度和所有带弧度的绝缘件，通用性强；检查角环或带有弧度的绝缘件，直接拿样板进行比对，不但提高了检验准确性而且节省了检验时间；利用轻巧易携带的板材，将各种尺寸的弧形槽制作于一张样板上, 既经济又耐用。
