Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种筒体不锈钢环缝焊接背面保护装置，包括两个弧心相对弧形耐火架，两个弧形耐火架之间设有两端分别与弧形耐火架连接的双向螺旋调节器，沿每个弧形耐火架的上部设有带有多个出气孔并与进气管相通的气体分配管。使用时，通过双向螺旋调节器将本实用新型的弧形耐火架紧固在待焊筒体上，然后从通气管通入氩气，再通过出气孔将氩气喷向不锈钢环缝焊接背面，完成气体保护作用。采用该装置无需人配合跟踪，节省了人力，降低了劳动成本。同时，通过向不同的气体分配管内通入氩气，完成不同阶段的不锈钢环缝背面的保护工作，节省了保护气体的使用量，降低了加工成本。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于不锈钢焊接技术领域，具体涉及一种筒体不锈钢环缝焊接背面保护装置。
二、背景技术
目前，筒体不锈钢环缝焊接时，环缝焊接背面需要进行保护，有的要人配合跟踪保护，有的要管内通入氩气保护。前者浪费人力，增加劳动成本；后者氩气浪费严重，增加加工成本。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目提是供一种结构简单、设计合理，能有效避免人力、物力浪费的筒体不锈钢环缝焊接背面保护装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：该装置包括两个弧心相对弧形耐火架，两个弧形耐火架之间设有两端分别与弧形耐火架连接的双向螺旋调节器，沿每个弧形耐火架的上部设有带有多个出气孔并与进气管相通的气体分配管。
使用时，通过双向螺旋调节器将本实用新型的弧形耐火架紧固在待焊筒体上，然后从通气管通入氩气，再通过出气孔将氩气喷向不锈钢环缝焊接背面，完成气体保护作用。采用该装置无需人配合跟踪，节省了人力，降低了劳动成本。同时，通过向不同的气体分配管内通入氩气，完成不同阶段的不锈钢环缝背面的保护工作，节省了保护气体的使用量，降低了加工成本。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理，可实现直径为Ф500—Ф1000mm筒体的不锈钢环缝焊接背面保护工作，填补了此类保护装置的空白，值得广泛的推广应用。
