本实用新型涉及一种击磨组合粉碎机,尤其是涉及一种离心力击打锥体摩擦粉碎机构的击磨组合粉碎机。 
背景技术
目前,粉碎机有多种形式的粉碎机构来实现粉碎目的,所采用的办法全都是单一功能的粉碎或磨粉,达到粉状颗粒状态得用几种或多台设备的逐级破碎来实现,其效率低下,劳动强度大,设备庞大,远不足以现代发展需要。 
发明内容
为了解决粉碎机效率低下劳动强度大及设备体积庞大的问题,本实用新型提供一种击磨组合粉碎机,该机采用一种离心力抛物击打破碎和锥体摩擦粉碎构成多级组合式粉碎,直至组合达到粉碎粒度目的,不仅物料能在击打时达到高效率粉碎而且在摩擦粉碎时还可实现微粉状态,大大提高生产效率,实现低能耗大产出,满足现代工业需要。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种击磨组合粉碎机,包括:可上下调整固定的波浪形筒壁板(1)、锥形旋转磨盘(2)、旋转盘(3)、主轴(4)和导料板(5);旋转盘内设有不同角度的叶片,旋转盘将物料高速抛到波浪形筒壁板上完成一次粉碎,随后物料进入由波浪形筒壁板(1)下方锥体与旋转盘(3)下方锥体组成的锥体磨内进行二次粉碎。在旋转盘(称之叶轮)内设有不同角度的叶片,物料在叶片的拨动达到最大并呈法向的离心力抛离击打到波浪形筒壁上完成一次破碎,随后物料落入可调间隙的锥体磨内完成二次粉碎,此为一组双功能的击磨组合粉碎过程,每组击磨粉碎机的组合为独立传动体系,根据粉碎径级要求可模块式组合成多级粉碎系统,根据不同物料进行多级组合即可实现不同颗粒径级粉状粉碎效果,达到击磨组合粉碎机高效低耗粉碎目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,解决没有连续逐级粉碎工作过程之问题的同时,利用离心力作功降低了能耗,可实现体积小功能强大的粉碎效果,其结构简单、便于维修和更换易损零部件。

具体实施办法
在图一中旋转盘(3)将物料高速抛到波浪形筒壁板(1)被击碎后,进入由波浪形筒壁板(1)下方锥体与旋转盘(3)下方锥体组成的锥体磨进行摩擦粉碎,实现物料在最短时间内被两次粉碎,少量的逐级进行粉碎粒度就能达到极小粒度状态。
