高脚双层镂空汽锅，属烹饪器具技术领域。汽锅由锅体和锅盖组成，锅体包括有内胆和外壳，外壳与内胆之间隔有空间，内胆和外壳都紧固于一中空底托上，内胆的底部中心处凹设一让底托内部空间与内胆内部空间贯通的，直径下大上小的锥体状蒸汽管，中空底托下端敞口，外壳为被雕穿刻透，显出图案或文字的结构。内胆高温，外表常温，可用手摸外壳但不烫；由于内胆被底托架高，使用时即使将汽锅底托直接放入沸水中，水也不会自蒸汽管进入内胆，大大降低了对蒸汽源的要求；能对汽锅外壳进行镂空艺术装饰，富于立体美感和文化内涵。本实用新型能够把汽锅的实用性和艺术性、观赏性溶为一体，特别适合家庭、高端宴会、宾馆使用和收藏。

本实用新型属烹饪器具技术领域，具体涉及一种汽锅。
背景技术
传统陶瓷汽锅的结构见图1： 汽锅由锅体1和锅盖2组成。锅体1的底部中心处凹设一让外部与其内部空间贯通的，直径下大上小的锥体状蒸汽管3，锅体1两侧对称设一对把手4，锅盖2中心处设一提手5。使用时，将锅体1的底部放在水蒸汽源上方，蒸汽经蒸汽管3的下端进入并从蒸汽管3处于汽锅内部的上端喷出，从而蒸炖锅体1内的食物，能让熟食和汤的味道鲜美，纯净，代表菜肴为云南汽锅鸡。
该结构陶瓷汽锅的不足之处是，锅体的外壁温度高，就餐者不小心或用手移动汽锅时容易被烫；此外无法对锅体外壁进行镂空艺术装饰，提高其立体美感；还有就是不能将汽锅底部直接放在沸水中，否则跳动的沸腾水会进入蒸汽管。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外壁温度不高，并能对锅体外壁进行镂空艺术装饰，提高其立体美感的高脚双层镂空汽锅。
本实用新型汽锅由锅体和锅盖组成，其特征在于：锅体包括有内胆和外壳，外壳与内胆之间隔有空间，内胆和外壳都紧固于一中空底托上，内胆的底部中心处凹设一让底托内部空间与内胆内部空间贯通的，直径下大上小的锥体状蒸汽管，中空底托下端敞口，外壳为被雕穿刻透，显出图案或文字的结构。
由于中空底托的作用就是一个将内胆和外壳垫高的支撑脚，加之外壳的特殊结构，因此本实用新型产品可称为高脚双层镂空汽锅。
使用时，将汽锅的底托放在水蒸汽源上方（例如放在一个大的不锈钢蒸锅内的蒸格上，锅内蒸格下的部分放水，在火上烧开水），蒸汽自中空底托下端敞口进入底托内部空间，再经蒸汽管的下端进入并从蒸汽管处于汽锅内胆内的上端喷出, 从而蒸炖内胆内的食物。
本实用新型的有益效果：内胆高温，外表常温，可用手摸外壳但不烫；由于内胆被底托架高，使用时即使将汽锅底托直接放入沸水中，水也不会自蒸汽管进入内胆，大大降低了对蒸汽源的要求；能对汽锅外壳进行镂空艺术装饰，富于立体美感和文化内涵。本实用新型能够把汽锅的实用性和艺术性、观赏性溶为一体，特别适合家庭、高端宴会、宾馆使用和收藏。

具体实施方式
实施例：见图2。汽锅由锅体和锅盖6组成。锅体包括有内胆7和外壳8。外壳8与内胆之7间隔有空间9。内胆7和外壳8都紧固于一中空底托10上。内胆7的底部中心处凹设一让底托10的内部空间11与内胆7的内部空间12贯通的，直径下大上小的锥体状蒸汽管13。中空底托10下端敞口。外壳8被雕穿刻透，显出图案（图2中未表达出来）。图2中箭头表示使用时蒸汽的流动方向。
该产品选用上好的天然五色土按配方混合，经过镇浆，压滤，真空炼泥，双层一次拉坯成型，粘接，修坯，书画装饰，贴塑，圆雕，镂空雕，浮雕，晾坯，烧制，无釉磨光，开锅最终完成。
该产品只需少量水就可以把汽锅放在上面使用，利用水蒸汽把锅内的食物蒸熟，其水蒸汽形成的汤汁味道鲜美，称为绝味。
